great food, polite service, will go again

What a ruined day a mothers day meal with the family the food was STONE COLD very disappointing day

Had a fabulous Sunday Roast today at the Bull, Valley. Great food, great service, well looked after by Beth and team. We’ll be back for sure! Xx

Had lovely carvery for mothers day even accommodated myself by making a gluten free crumble as I had asked in advance if any sweets were gf friendly

Took my mother and and my three children excellent service very friendly and helpful staff a the young lady called beth was very professional x food was A* highly recommend

Awful customer service. Very rude manager. Cold food. We purchased a fruit shoot for a child to find it was out of date and got no apology when we returned it. Waited 30 mins after our reservation to be seated on a dirty table with the previous customers dirty glasses, plates and cuttlery on it.

The food was fantastic but overpriced in my opinion had steak and chips for the price i would have expected some salad or vegetables to accompany it as was a little bare but was very tasty We used to come here a lot, the revamping is lovely and it looks so much better but did like the good honest pub food at reasonable prices it used to have x

We had a table booked for 12 people. Long story short AWFUL customer service!!! Food was awful and cold. Not enough room to sit 2 left and went to the valley. Very disappointing mothers day lunch . Will not be going again. And 2 top it off my granddaughters fruit shoot was 6months out of date also the manager said to a member of staff serve that lot ..... cheeky ****

Food service was terrible, staff need more training the customer service was ridiculous even tried to over charge us when all of us payed our bills tried to resolve with waitress the manager just stood there didn't help just watched the waitress he should of stepped in the waitress didn't know what to do after explaining few times that we have all payed our bill penny didn't drop she just repeated what was left to pay took 4 people explain to her we've payed our bills n she scrunched up the bill then we walked off then herd 1 of the staff said to other staff not to welcome us there again...Don't worry we won't be going there again!, the service was really slow and got order wrong waiting fel...
