Also on the counter was the chocolate and the cinnamon shakers. A while back she went in for her usual order of a flat white and asked where the cinnamon was. The server barked No, that 's 30p extra Very short sighted for a place to act like this towards customers. We won 't be going back."

we had a great experience in the coffee bean club. my friends and I ordered hot chocolate and sandwich and it is so good plus the staff were all very friendly, especially the manager in the service. super good service! highly recommended! I'm sure you'll come back.
