great food properly cooked, very busy day during Queens tennis but pre-ordering and efficiency of service made this a smooth, enjoyable pre tennis experience

Not told that some mains were not available. Had to constantly chase our food. 2 hours after arriving we had to wolf down our mains as we were going to a concert.

Gosia provided excellent service, she was very friendly and professional. The food was outstanding and there was a great variety of beers and wines to choose from. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful and the service is good, even during busy hours. Sena worked efficiently and remained calm and professional while making and serving drinks. Sena is definitely an asset to the establishment! Cheers.

We enjoyed a fantastic meal at this restaurant while waiting to see a show at the theater. The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and will be returning again in the future.

Stopped by with some friends for a drink and an evening bite to eat recently and was blown away by the lovely, friendly atmosphere. Felt very well taken care of by the staff and the food was delicious too. Will definitely be back with friends and family again!

Stumbled across this little gem when looking for somewhere to have an early evening supper. The bavette steak with black pudding hash and mushrooms, a beautifully present and balanced dish. It was so good I brought my bestie back the following night and had it again. Great service, thanks Portia.

Went there for a pre-theatre dinner, the food and service were both excellent, as was the range of beers and spirits on offer. The interior of the pub is absolutely brilliant, great decor and little nooks and crannies where you can have a quite drink, a real Olde English pub, no slot machines or loud music, a little gem.

Went for dinner with a friend having not been to the pub for a while. Steak was delicious, actually really rated the food. Service was appalling, we had to wave down the waitress for everything and waited way too long everytime. No one checked us at all through the evening, plates were left too long etc. We were laughing in exasperation with the neighbouring table! Pub management letting the kitchen down i’m afraid.
