Stuck in a small side room where staff kept forgetting us. Service charge automatically added to bill even though I complained 3 times about the service.

we have taken into account the booking for the devastating reviews on google maps half. it was really nice. the service was in order and the food was good. the music is too loud. as well as impossible, a conversation on one of the bigger tables.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I would definitely return! I tried the drunken noodles, and I can't stop thinking about them! I hope you open a location in southeast London! Our waitress was very friendly and enhanced our experience even more!

The food was excellent, though the bar area was quite noisy and dim. I was glad I booked a table in the restaurant, where it was much quieter. They have a great happy hour for cocktails, and I highly recommend trying the dim sum and cocktails during that time! View menu

I am saddened to see what has happened to my former favorite restaurant. I visited on a Saturday at 8:30 PM and found it far too hot and excessively loud. The service was slow, many of the draft beers were unavailable, and several dishes were out of stock. The tables were overly large, making it impossible to have a conversation over the loud music. I brought my girlfriend for dinner, and we both left feeling incredibly disappointed and embarrassed.

I went to Drunken Monkey with a group of ladies for a catch up. The initial waitress who was dealing with us was very helpful and directed us to the set menu which is good value for money. However, another waitress (who we later found out was the manager) came along with the bottle of proscesco that we had ordered and proceeded to pop the bottle in front of us. We kindly asked her to pop the bottle away from the table and her response was extremely abrupt. Instead of popping the bottle, she decided to walk away and direct another member of staff to us. Unfortunately i did not have the greatest experience here, compared to many restaurants that exceed great customer service. First of all the waitress did not seem aware of the menu or familiar with which food was suitable for someone with milk intolerance. Apparently the only vegetarian options available without milk would be the vegetable section only. As an oriental customer at a chinese restaurant, i tend to be familiar with what has milk in and what hasnt (i always double check just incase) and unfortunately she had to get the manager after i questioned her on her knowledge.
