"Many places in Henley profess to having ‘The Best Breakfast in Henley’ nowhere has lived up to being anywhere close to how epically incredible this breakfast has been todayafter all, we’d all like to write our own reviews huh? Everything was cooked to absolute perfection, which is a huge testament to the chef. I’m not taking away from the skill of the chefs, but they can only work with what they’ve got right?! they can’t polish the proverbial. The quality of the ingredients was something not expected of a caravan park outside of Henley town centre. Let’s just say I understand now why people rave about avocadoit actually tasted like an avocado! not sure what mushy green stuff I’ve previously eaten. The service wasn’t fussy, wasn’t pushy and didn’t do my head in normally the over attentive ‘can I get you anything else can I get you the bill can I get you another coffee’ drives us insane. Absolutely totally amazing in every way. We’ll be back (most likely tomorrow) Vegetarian options: Best veggie breakfast I think I can remember ever having. I’m annoyed because I can’t fault anything. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20"

The food was very good. We have vegan breakfast and vegan superfood dishes. Both could make gluten-free on request. The food was delicious and then the surroundings relaxed.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We ordered the vegan breakfast and the vegan superfood bowl, both of which could be made gluten-free upon request. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was laid-back.

Never make a review but this was shocking for the price. Maybe we caught them on a bad day. £66 for four breakfast wouldn’t of been a issue if was 10/10 Didn’t even get tomatoes and didn’t offer discount for not having them. £3 for half a glass of apple juice maybe wouldn’t be as bad if had small glasses.

Nice location. Food quite disappointing for the price. The vegan burger is mushy with no bite (it's a simple veggie mix rather than beans or soy so v. low protein), and the difference between the large and small roast was indistinguishable. However, the roasts themselves were just fine. Tea is served in a small pot, and the coffee didn't taste right. Ended up giving in to the desserts, which were ok but not particularly original or deeply flavourful. All in all, the food was fine, but it felt like there could have been more effort made to ensure you get what you pay for. We stumbled upon this restaurant which offers high-quality ingredients for both vegan/vegetarian and mainstream farm food options. It is conveniently located at the front of a well-managed family campsite on Marlow Road. The parking is ample, and the establishment offers plenty of outdoor seating, including a children's playground, as well as indoor seating and a conservatory. Online reservations for both seating and food are available, and they accept both card and cash payments. The facilities are spacious and clean, and the staff is welcoming, professional, and hardworking, with a touch of humor that adds to the positive experience. The vegan options are delicious and visually appealing,...

Quality ingredients define vegan and vegetarian options beside agricultural main dishes. This was a brilliant find for us and conveniently embedded on the front of a really well-run family campsite on Marlow Road. The parking spaces are abundant and the property has many organised outdoor seats along with a children's playground. There are also interior seats together with a conservatory. You can book online for reservations and food. Card and cash can be used. The facilities are large and clean. The staff is really welcoming, professional and jolly hard working, so together with their touch of humor makes a very positive experience. Your vegan options are well thought out and easy on the ey...

"We usually love coming to Cafe Rouge in Henley, always a treat for us and we are always looking forward to it. However the most recent visit was awful and it’s been going downhill over our last coupes of visits. We booked a table for my father in laws birthday. Upon being seated, we were informed that 3 of the main course dishes were unavailable.. pretty much half of the ‘mains’ options. We don’t come to Cafe Rouge for Burgers or salad! We opted for 3 portions of Mussels as had them here before and they’re very good! Mother in law just had pate as there was nothing else she wanted. These were possibly the worst mussels we’ve ever had. You could tell they weren’t fresh (cooked from frozen for sure) and there was barely any sauce in the pot! Usually they are flavourful and abundant in sauce! No check back was performed by the manager on duty..it was a quiet Monday so wasn’t exactly run off his feet. So we couldn’t alert him. Even upon clearing we weren’t ask how our meal was! Just asked if we had finished. We decided to mention they were awful to which the manager told us he would inform the kitchen. When he came back to finish clearing, my partner asked if they were frozen or fresh mussels, to which the manager replied yes, they are frozen. Wasn’t expecting that but you could totally tell! They tasted like cardboard! We had a coffee and a pudding and to be fair to the manager he didn’t charge us for one portion of mussels and the coffees we ordered. The Bill was certainly not worth what we had. Didn’t leave a tip, which we never normally do, but the service was non existent. Manager was more interested in what was on his phone. Won’t be rushing back"
