Really friendly staff and even catered their menu to the diet I'm currently following. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience with the DJ where he is lucky not being arrested for abuse. Awful evening. Shame on you! Never again

Nice pub in the centre of town. I often forget about it as it's a little tucked away. It can get busy on the weekends but overall it's never too bad. The beer selection is decent. It's relatively small in size but does have a good outdoor bit out the back. View menu

I understand that inflation is here and the pre-pandemic world isn't coming back, but £7.15 for a pint of domestic ale (Neck Oil) is laughably egregious. I can't fault anything else about the experience, but the pub itself is by all means average so I'm not sure what warrants the price. I'm shocked that anyone puts up with these prices, must be people with more money than sense.

However, I came to this pub on Saturday night, albeit a little late. I was accused of being thrown out the previous weekend (I don’t live in Brighton, I was down for a friends birthday). I know age has nothing to do with it but I have successfully navigated many pubs in my life and frankly the management of this pub should be dismissed but an incredibly heavy handed attitude to ‘faces/Clothes that don’t fit’. Do not go here if you want to have fun

Nice pub but the bloke behind the bar was nasty and rude! Accused my friend of being on drugs because she has a facial condition after having a stroke last year, not that its anyones business and she certainly didnt have to explain herself to him! She was mortified and we had to walk out and leave our mates to finish their drinks which split the group up and tatally killed the rest of the night! We got served in 4 others pubs after that without an issue! Yes we had a few but thats what you do on a night out but we were certainly respectful. Not all disabiities are clear!
