"If your considering taking a break from the usual Sunday roast rigmarole at home, then I recommend you try the Sunday roast cooked at the Horse and Groom. My wife and mum love a good hearty Sunday roast so they decided to give the Sunday...roast at the Horse and Groom a try and were very impressed. Agatha as usual was weloming and accomadating as was her staff. The roast in our opinion is excellent value for money, and the portion size is certainly very generous. The beef along with the veg was well cooked and the traditional Yorkshire pudding was light, fluffy and substantial. If you feel like giving yourself a well earned treat at the end of a tireing week then give the Horse and Grooms Sunday roast a try you won't be disappointed."

Pre book online and received a warm welcome in arrival. Pub was busy however they had plenty of staff on hand. The menu overall was fine and had a good to selection for everyone. We had starters and a main each which arrived as requested...and well presented. Recommend a visit.

Having heard good things about this pub, we booked a table and we weren't disappointed! The food was Spanish in influence and each course we had was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and attentive and really added to the evening. A great night and...we have already booked to go back!

After randomly coming across this place on Google looking for somewhere to eat in the area, I was pleasantly surprised of how nice this place is. A real gem! The decor is cosy, clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was...tasty, piping hot with a decent portion at great value. Keep doing what you are doing, this place has really impressed me and will definitely visit again.

Lunch out with a friend and no a clue on where to go. Found this lovely pub on Tripadvisor and booked straightaway just hours before. Once in there we’ve been welcome by a friendly guy who sit us at our table A lovely...lady came to hand us the menu and get the drinks order and after a few minutes the food one. Food was AMAZING! And everyone was very friendly! We ordered a hot drink straight after lunch too

Popped in on a lunchtime moment and were surprised how busy they were,however a very pleasant member of staff checked with the chef and found us a table for two.Very nice. My wife and I ordered our drinks which came promptly and we both ordered...a burger and chips. I can honestly say that the Horse Groom Burger ranks amongst the best and I have tried most local pub burgers,good ones and not so good.This was excellent ...

My husband and I had heard some positive things so decided to try this for a last minute date night and we are so glad we did. The menu is gently Spanish-themed (which we love anyway, but there is something for everyone). Starters of chorizo...and calamari were beautifully presented and delicious, and mains were also fantastically presented and also lovely. Generous portions, nobody is going hungry here! Service was polite, friendly and efficient and we found the prices to be perfectly reasonable.
