"had one with my friend for a pre-Xmas drink and quickly bite to eat in the phoenix. that is a gastropub near the bank station. we've let ourselves in for a little sauvignon blanc. in order to soak the alcohol, we have both decided for the double squid salad. the squid was dressed with tasty teriyaki and sesame, I must say everyone was delightful. we ordered a side of chips and they were perfectly fried. service was also fast and friendly. my only reservation is that it will be super busy too day and because we are there shortly before day, we have our orders really fast. if we had arrived after the afternoon, the waiting time for the food would have been longer. overall the squid salad was delicious and really...read more"

Great place to see game. Came on Wednesday Lunch to see Germany vs Japan game. Amazing mood, great food TV is around the venue so you don't miss anything. Graeme, the manager, was super helpful and friendly, showed us on our table and made sure that we are all served throughout the game.

Absolutely love this pub since I started going a few months ago, prices are very much London prices but worth it for the amount of choice, the whiskey range in particular is very good. Its the perfect place to go after work, whether you're watching sports or just having a drink with mates after work-which I must say is the main reason I go there. Thanks team for always making sure we're having a great night!

really beautiful place, I would like to try the drink selection was great, some classic and recognizable beers on caught, but also some less known. I was also here with a non-trinker and they really enjoyed the selection, some alcohol-free beer/grain, but also good adult softdrinks that make a nice change. the interieur is beautiful and well maintained, classic, comfortable and yet stylish. we had a nice lunch, a very filling Wagyu-Rind-Pata and a big burger, driping with gouda.
