"Absolutely brilliant cafe. We went as a family with a coeliac daughter who's 6. We spoke with the serving staff about this, the reassured us that they have gluten free bread, her food would be prepared on a separate counter with separate utensils and that the butter and cheese would be separate to those in use for other lunches. Daughter loved being able to order just like her brother and not having to eat our backup lunch we always have to bring, just in case. The bread was amazing, especially for gluten free bread! And they had a gluten free cake option available too! Can't praise you enough for your understanding of her illness. The rest of us also enjoyed our lunches. Great portions, all very tasty and friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit."

Had a lovely lunch during a day trip. My husband's Ploughman's lunch would have fed two of us great value. I had ham salad sandwiches with salad and crisps lovely granary bread.

Fantastic breakfast in lovely location by the river. Early start so nice and quiet before the majority of tourists landed. Various breakfast options to choose from, generous portions and friendly staff.

Just spent two great weeks in Bourton and had four wonderful breakfasts at the Riverside. Excellent foods and great staff, so friendly. Even the Dog got a sausage each time. Highly recommended, well done Riverside.

Nice little cafe, with nice views over the town and river...you can have a lovely lunch whilst watching the influencers try and get that perfect pic, always good for a laugh. The Ploughman 's was absolutely wonderful.

Unfortunately we were let down with a booking we had made elsewhere in Bourton for my 60th Birthday lunch. This café absolutely came up trumps in sorting out a table for us after a short wait and saved the day!! The food we had was incredible and all the staff were amazing and friendly. A huge thank you from us all. We will be back!!
