"My wife and I came in for a meal, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delivered quickly, and was delicious. We were very impressed with the price of the meal and drinks. In particular watch out for Kieran a member of staff, he turned out to be a real comedian and had the both of us in stitches. Cannot recommend enough, we will certainly be back again!!!!!!"

Kieran was extremely friendly and the food was delicious! I highly recommend their pies - they were exceptional. Every plate was completely empty by the end of the meal!

The Royal Oak is a nice, cheap pub for lunch. It is always busy with a relaxing atmosphere. The scampi and chips were lovely, served by a chatty barman on hand to help deliver a good service.

I recently enjoyed a lovely family dinner at The Oak in Bishops Cleeve. Kieran provided excellent service, the food was delicious, and the desserts were fantastic. The staff, service, food, and atmosphere were all exceptional. Overall, it was a fabulous evening.

Great pub serving good food, with an extensive range of drinks The staff are excellent and always smiling and polite. The menu caters for all tastes whether you want a snack or three course meal. It has a great atmosphere and is family and dog friendly. It also has a good sized outdoor area with lots of seating.

Was told our table was booked a half an hour earlier than booked and told the wait for food would be an hour ! Wrong drinks order, coffee was sooo strong it couldn't be drunk. Hunters chicken was overcooked and dry. Chips were soggy. Cold food, extremely disappointed. Went and had coffee and cakes at Costa after.
