"The restaurant is quite dull and lacks character, it seems to cater more towards locals. The bartender was a bit rude, but the woman who took over was friendlier. We only had a drink and sat outside at the front. The pub is very messy inside and out, it's a shame because a little bit of cleaning up would make it much more inviting."

We had a fabulous Sunday lunch there yesterday. The food was lovely and vegetarians were well catered for. The service was very good and the prices are very reasonable. Becky was so helpful and friendly, coming out of the pub to show us the way to the open garden.
