Lovely staff and accommodation would have been nice if they did breakfast

My grandchilds 13th birthday. The food was great, there were 12 of us and all meals came out together can't fault a thing. Thanks to All the staff for making it a good party.

Visited here with my friend the other day, haven’t been here in sometime. Lovely food and quick service. Garlic bread was lovely and filling, probably the best I’ve had. Great staff too.

Frequently visit the Wingfield for food and drinks and am never disappointed. Customer service is exceptional and all members of staff are so friendly and welcoming. Their Sunday Lunches and mid week roasts are amazing! Highly recommend a visit here, super fast service and a great atmosphere you will not be disappointed!

Really sorry but my last meal here was awful.. My mum and myself had the corned beef pie....Not to be recommended... Optically a right turn off....difficult to find the actual corned beef... I have been here many Times before over the years.....food was always good... Don't know what the problem is... Just hope it improves....

Some of the kindest, most empathetic customer service you could imagine. I was having a very irritating technical issue with my booking, and I was given brilliant and patient help while we sorted the whole issue out. They never seemed annoyed to help, always happy to lend a hand. Utterly wonderful, should I be in Llanbradach again I'll be calling this hotel first.

Amazing welcome by the Manager ,big smile on her face has we came through the door, what a welcome , lovely young lady with blonde in her hair) asked us if she could help in anyway , we didn't know what to choose on the menu has it was a good size menu she went through it with us , service was amazing , food was a good price and high quality , tasted delicious , beer was very reasonable in price , I would highly recommended , and will definitely be coming back and telling my friends how good it is there. I booked a Sunday lunch for 4 Adults and 1 child, for Mother’s day. On arrival we were told we had one hour sitting, which was not mentioned when booking. We waited for approximately 35 mins for our food, which only gave us around 25 mins to eat. We were planning on having desserts, but were told that the next party of people were ready for the table, so had to vacate. We were very disappointed by how this was handled. If time is limited to one hour on the table, this needs to be communicated at the time of booking, and meals delivered promptly once ordered. On a positive note the food was very nice, however I would think twice of returning.

Well I have been here a couple of times and I could not say how amazing the staff were. I had my little 2 yr old with and he was made just as welcome as myself. The staff were fantastic, kind friendly talkative, and nothing was a bother. The food was outstanding. And for both I didn’t wait longer than 2 minutes for being served. Congratulations to the staff who displayed an outstanding show of customer service. I will still be coming here in years to come. Special thanks must certainly go the lady in charge (I think was Laura) she was on her own at certain points but she held her own and completely had everything in hand. Some of the younger staff can learn a huge amount from her.
