have been sitting here for the afternoon and it was wonderful! we have updated to prosecco and also bought drinks next to it. all tasted beautiful and I would highly recommend

great hotel and a nice service from the staff we met. with the COVID measures that were at location and location, felt safe. the breakfast was a good mix of continental and buffet style full English, which both delicious and looked amazing

we were in the hotel for 5 nights and while the hotel is going to eat, it is not bad at all. Yes, it's on the expensive side, but we were moved by documents. the service is great, very cozy and a true note to a top hotel. I like the fact that they make homemade dough for the pizza, not just order bases. you can really taste the difference. the deserts are also delicious, the price in calorie worth.

that was ok, although I asked for my steak to cook medium rarely and when I am honest, it was a bit dry. the waitresses were polite and pleasant, but drinks seemed to take age to arrive, but I would say that this was to be attributed to the managment and the personal. Finally, the lighting at our table was very bad, although the waitress brought some candles to put on, I could not see what I had eaten. overall a nice meal, but for the money I was charged, I would expect better and the debt must fall on the management for the facility both the restraurant and personal

In the evening we were going out to the Hanover Street Social so we had pre-meal cocktails in the bar. These were very good with the specialties (not surprisingly) being rum based I had the Zombie and Red chose the Mai Tai. They were also considerably better than those which followed at the Carpathian Bar in 30 James Street. Next morning breakfast was also to a very high standard with very good service, a wide selection of healthy options including deliciously fresh fruit, nuts and berries alongside the more traditional full English elements. the entire building is steep in history and remembers rms titanic and the white star line to celebrate liverpools maritime history. the ship thema sits through the building dripping in chandelier, luxurious carpets and gold decorated functions a nod to vulnerability of the magnificent yet refined titanic. the restaurant is named after the Liverpool ship rms carpathia, which rescues all 705 titanic surviving. on the 7th floor you will get a magnificent view, as the restaurant overlooks the beach directly on the beach and offers a spectacular view of the three graces. unfortunately it was a very cold and dry day, but the outside terrace looked like it was a fantastic...read more

high expectations can be discontinued. we booked a table in the restaurant for 6 on Monday! but when we arrived, they sat on a table with only 4 places and not enough chairs. 1 hour 15 minutes from sitting to eating served, (just ordered a pornstar) also they don't have a koka cola on the train, so when they drive and order a koks that they served with a MINITURE bottle koks and calculate them £2 for them. eating was decent enough and nicely cooked, but over price and very slow service. they have to pay extra for bearnaise sauce with steak?! they pay for the environment, so if they like 19th century converted warehouses, they will not be disappointed, but otherwise it has a pretty...more

I was bought a voucher for this hotel from the work as a Christmas gift, but never the opportunity to use the voucher due to the kovid, the hotel was great and extended for me to allow in the april 22. the hotel is fantastic that we...got parked in front of location with a small price, and the check-in was prompt and a nice reception from the reception. the rooms are huge and the bathroom are probably the largest that I have ever seen with its washbasin over 30m2 the room was very clean and bed comfortable with a beautiful view over the docks, breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice, it is my intention to stay back in september with some friends. keep the good standards on the titanic
