Most enjoyable. Ideal place to eat if your staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door. Excellent Carvery, terrific value for money, lovely staff who are very engaging.

love it love it love itthe food is great, the meat is cooked to perfection the only thing annoying is the queue for the carvery but that cant be helped, people love it as much as me. lol

Lovely staff fantastic food and such a pleasant place to eat with my family. Karalynn was great with my little ones and catered for all our needs thank you we will be back soon for some more yummy ice cream!!

Had a Great full Breakfast before heading off on a road trip here for 4 of us, one of which was a Vegan breakfast made to order.. All you can drink tea and coffee is Great as is the choice available from the hotplate.. The stay were very friendly and helpful too.

always a good quality meal, you get to choose what you like. there can be a wait in the queue to be served your meat, but hey ho it happens. staff are great, chat to them, they are good people. all this and wine for about a head. we have booked for boxing day because its so relaxed and fun.

food was lovely, staff (as always were really attentive and looked after us well. Donna and Abbie were really approachable and made sure we had everything we needed. the carvery deck got busy, but the staff worked as team and with two carvers, none of us were waiting for long. will 100% be back again (and again!

Went for the unlimited breakfast on the boyfriend birthday as a treat. Pretty good deal if even if you just get a largish breakfast of stuff and you catch it whilst it's fresh and not being slowly converted to cardboard under the heat lamps. Don't go for the unlimited soft drink refills though. We had 2 breakfasts at £5.99 each and ended up paying £25.77 just adding in the unlimited drinks. There was no price given on the menu for the refillable drink either and we didn't get or get offered a receipt. Wont be going back, kinda feels like we got slightly shafted.

Went for breakfast today with my partner, food was as to be expected for the price but the manager Joanne was being extremely rude to the young girl Abbie who served us. Abbie was extremely helpful and pleasant, and absolutely didn't deserve to be treated like that, especially not in front of customers. I saw Joanne treating Abbie this way another 2 times during my visit and when I went to the bar for a glass of water, she was gossipping with another staff member about Abbie's performance. If Toby think it's acceptable for their senior staff to bully their young colleagues then I won't be back.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Toby Carvers, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The customer service was beyond atrocious, and it's clear that the staff couldn't care less about the satisfaction of their patrons. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with indifference by the host, who seemed more interested in chatting with their co-workers than actually acknowledging my presence. It took an eternity to be seated, and even then, it was in a dingy corner where the lighting was practically nonexistent. As if the lackluster service wasn't enough, the state of the plates was absolutely repugnant. I noticed dirt and food remnants...
