"We were very much looking forward to our meal here as the reviews were very good. We went with some friends who we had not seen for a long time and who came into London specially. One of our friends is Gluten intolerant. When placing our order we were told that nothing on the menu was guaranteed Gluten free. When we asked what they could offer, we were told that our friend could only have a portion of plain rice noodles. We paid our drinks bill and left! It's really disappointing that in todays day and age modern restaurants do not cater for allergies which are unfortunately becoming more and more common. I hope that this feedback raises the requirement to consider guests with relatively common allergies."

I informed the restaurant that I needed a wheelchair space when booking. They gave me a table upstairs without a lift. They reorganized a table below.

The staff seemed unprepared for the Saturday rush, failing to greet us upon arrival and forgetting to bring our drinks. We had to repeatedly request assistance from a server, which was frustrating.
