"We hereby rate ordered food from Avtar: Delivery took place after 75 minutes, stated were a maximum of 45 minutes. Both ordered meals were diluted and almost taste-neutral. In addition, it was not recognizable that it was actually Tandori Chicken (we often go Indian and know the taste best). Actually, we wanted to give 3 stars. But since I got strong M*gen cramps and D*rchf*ll about an hour after eating, it's only with a star. The other two Indians in WM are much better, we will not order at Avtar anymore."

"In Germany you will find many amazing italian restaurants, ive been told in Italy, by Italians that they send their best chefs to Germany to open restaurants because they can make more money, so between that and the german standard for food, Italian food is...often times better then in Italy. In this area you till find that la galleria is quite exceptional. Service is prompt but expect no warm fuzzies, I think that's due to the fact these guys are moving non stop, but who really cares when you get what you asked for and your food is hot and delicious!? I had the steak with pepper sauce and my husband had the liver, both were prepared perfectly and served with roasted rosemary potatoes along with a side of the daily vegetable which I admit was nothing to get excited about but the main dishes were so good and there was so much food it didn't really matter. My sauce was similar to a hollandaise, mildly tangy and the peppercorns are raw not roasted and braised in, which was a first for me. We also had the steak carpaccio and asparagus soup, both were perfect and served with bread so we couldn't go onto to dessert. I did notice they have an extensive wine list. I would recommend reservations, we were celebrating our anniversary and I'm months pregnant do we were part of the early birds but by the time we left around the place was packed! I live about a minute car ride away and from the locals I've been told over and over again how great this place is and I'm glad we made it there and everyone was right!"

"Ach, könnte ich doch nur länger in Weilheim bleiben-dann würde ich jeden Tag bei Emporio essen, damit ich endlich mal ALLES probieren kann. So komme ich immer nur zur gemischten Vorspeise, die einfach wunderbar, vielseitig und eine grosszügige Portion ist. Dann, "Spaghetti Carbonara"...davon träume ich dann mindestens ein Jahr lang hier in USA, bis ich es wieder schaffe in Weilheim meine Schwester zu besuchen, und dann auf geht's zum Emporio. Ohne Witz, ich träume vom guten italienischen Essen dort. Ich kann Deutschland nicht verlassen ohne wenigstens einmal dort zu essen. Die Pasta, der Speck, das Olivenöl, alles ist einfach so gut, das gibts hier leider nicht. Schluchz! Der Service freundlich, schnell, und der Kellner aufmerksam und einfach nett. Alles passt. Bis zum nächstenmal, Emporio! Bis dahin schaue ich nur auf Eure Speisekarte am Internet und träume....."

"I've been to this restaurant several times in recent years. As described in other reviews, the food is very delicious. However, not so tasty that you could see about lack of kindness and sometimes even lacking courtesy of service. I've been here for the last time and don't recommend coming here to others! The recommendations and praise for the good food are appropriate but a pleasant evening you will not have here."
