"meat was very good, but had much better. we tried the Spanish rubia galega. the personal was very helpful to meet our requests. but they were a bit slow to provide service first and explain the menu was complicated. there is a minimum amount for certain meat cuts that is not clear on the menu. that should be clarified. in many cases I do not see how it is possible for a few to eat for example 1kg of wagyu. but this should be made clear on the menu. we also had the carpaccio and it was excellent. probably some of the best carpaccio we've ever had. thanks for the good meal and service!"

Amazing service. The chianina florentine steak was very disappointing. sure it is delicate for a t-bone, but nothing really special in terms of fleshy taste. so the strip part of the T bone is tender as the fillet part. the $200 we spent on two, not really worth it. the wine selection was good. but the Tiramisu is what saves the night. It is basically the Lawry 's or Peter Luger of Florence. Overhyped by YouTube influencers aka free online salesperson. Go once, but never back. Lawry 's is a famous steakhouse in Los Angeles and Peter Luger is an institution in New York.
