Unique dishes bursting with flavor, quaint atmosphere and great service. Our party sampled an array of the menu cod, lamb chops, risotto, tartare, and finished with tiramisu and a limoncello. Highly recommend.

giacomo presented a traditional Italian dinner with baccalà, squid, chitarra spaghetti with lobster, thun fish with truffles and panettone with vin santo cream. in a meal prepared with the best ingredients were the stars of the meal of thun and dessert. we have paired the meal with a dry rose that was a tasty accompaniment. Happy New Year!

Right on the riverside, we sat outside enjoying this calm location of the city waiting for the sunset with slme nice relaxing music We enjoyed a really nice cheesecake with some coffee they prepared with chocolate that took us by surprise, since we are not fan of coffee usually. All together it was just 8.5€. The staff is really friendly and they speak fluent English.

Private Pasta Cooking Course with the most charming Chef ‍ MARIO! Thank you to the team and to Massimo for organising this cooking class for me and my family. The kids loved it. Food is delicious and all is 0km travelled food as the owner...also has his own farm. MARIO is from Napoli so you can imaging how good the home made pasta is! we will be back over and over again!

We found this place by chance, the first day we arrived in Firenze when we were looking for something to eat before calling it a day. It was a great discovery, the food was super good (I had the dish of cheeses and then the pumpkin soup, both of which I highly recommend) and the girl who was in charge of our table was super nice, we will for sure be back here next time we are in Firenze!

my man and I stumbled at our first night in florence. the ambiente was charming and the service was excellent. we ordered truffle cheese as an appetizer and enjoyed the free fresh focaccia brot and had delicious wine. I had the spaghetti. pomodorro and it was incredible. my man tried several dishes about our three dinners in la nicchia (lol) he loved all the dishes. I had the spaghetti every time!

Wonderful, unique takes on traditional Tuscan cibo. The cozy, inviting environment is matched with gracious service and excellent food. Giacomo and his attentive staff have attained that illusive balance of service that seems to know your needs without hovering about. Lovely wine list, including some...from Giacomo's family vineyards including Vin Santo a Tuscan traditional desert wine. He will gladly review and explain the list with you. Believe they are closing for the month of January so plan accordingly.
