"the portions are super generous! It's hard to finish everything! So I advise you not to overorder for fear of starving because it is impossible! Usually there are cured meats for starters (very good) but also fried mushrooms can be found in the mountains... First there are always good things like cappelletti, tagliatelle with porcini or sloe mushrooms, tagliatelle with salami sauce, it depends on the times... There is never a shortage of EXAGER GOOD tortelli! plain and with sauce! As a second course there is the baked tip with potatoes, the roast beef, and the breaded lamb ribs which are absolutely to be had! Then cakes, coffee, white or red wine such as chianti gutturnio etc etc and water... It costs between 25 and 30 euros... I recommend it to everyone!"

Cibo buono, prezzo onesto e atmosfera amabilmente rustica. I gestori ci hanno accolto e trattato come fossimo stati amici. Difficile trovare ancora posti così, e ancora più difficile trovarne che facciano le costine fritte: deliziose. Grazie! Torneremo sicuramente a Ballone.

Ottima trattoria di montagna, rustica, genuina che mette al primo posto la qualità del cibo. Conduzione famigliare, tortelli ai funghi buonissimi e costine d’agnello squisite. Si mangia in un’atmosfera di una volta, in una trattoria che bada al sodo. Diverse serate e pranzi fatti, ottima anche la selvaggina quando c’è, il cuoco veramente bravo. View menu

Da Domenico non si sbaglia mai. Salumi molto buoni, tortelli al burro e formaggio o ai funghi da volare via. Come secondi la punta al forno è morbidissima e con le patate ci sta benissimo. Qualche torta fatta in casa per dolce e digestivi (bargnolino, fragolino e mirtillino), perfetti per finire in bellezza.30 a persona direi che sono adeguati per la bontà.

Ci vado da quando facevo le scuole superiori. In tutti questi anni sia la quantità che soprattutto la qualità non è mai cambiata. Sempre elevata. Consiglio in particolar modo i tortelli (sia in bianco che al sugo) e la punta con le patate. Domenico NR°1. Tra le migliori cucine che si possano trovare in montagna. Il viaggio per arrivarci da Parma (45min. circa) viene ogni volta ripagato alla grande.

Sono tornato in questa trattoria per portare amici venuti da lontano. L'obiettivo era far loro assaggiare i tortelli, che ricordavo eccellenti. Confermato: tra i migliori, se non i migliori in assoluto, della provincia. Il resto non merita il viaggio: salumi buoni ma non eccezionali, costine di agnello discrete, patate decisamente scadenti. Siamo arrivati in una giornata nebbiosa e piovosa, su consiglio di gente della zona: Se cercate un posto alla buona ma tipico andate lì .Servizio semplice, la Signora che ci ha accolti é stata gentile e gioviale, di sicuro una persona con pochi fronzoli ma mai scortese. Abbiamo voluto provare un po 'di tutto, quindi abbiamo assaggiato tortellini, cappelletti, agnello, punta di vitello e dolce. Tutto corredato da vino e acqua. In quattro abbiamo speso 35 euro a testa, siamo usciti pieni e contenti per aver trovato un posto rustico e vero !! Consigliato!

Eccessivo il fatto che l 'osteria non presenti al suo ingresso nessuna insegna e si ha l 'impressione, una volta scoperta la porta d 'ingresso, di bussare ed entrare in un 'abitazione privata... Eccessivo il conto di 30 euro a persona (bambino di 8 anni compreso) per un menù fisso che nemmeno viene spiegato e che non si capisce cosa comprenda. Eccessivo il frastuono causato da una tavolata di giovani locali (che naturalmente nessuno ha ripreso) che non permetteva nemmeno di parlare con chi si ha di fronte al tavolo. Tralascio pietosamente l 'inosservanza completa delle norme di distanziamento anti Covid.
