Nice cozy place with delicious meals and deserts. Several vegetarian options. The staff is friendly and speaks English. I can find this place.

If you want authentic SICILIAN food as Trattoria Saro is for you. The food was amazing and the staff was wonderfully warm and welcoming. My husband and I have been travelling in Europe for 3 weeks and that was the best food we had. If you say hello to the chef Emanuelle. He's from Trapani, Sicily.

We went to Saro for a family dinner and it was certainly not disappointed! The staff was amazing, the food was delicious. The portions are very generous and so no one had room for dessert. We were with cousins in Lennep for 5 days and ate at SARO twice because it was so good. Call for reservations and look forward to taking credit cards as some restaurants in this area only take Euro Card credit cards. The staff is multilingual and it is a MUST when in Lennep for delicious and fresh Italian cuisine by real Italian chefs (who sing from the kitchen when you are lucky. This is a family business and you will NOT be disappointed!

This is the best Italian restaurant in Remscheid. We were there for the first time and it was worth something. Great atmosphere, extremely good food, very attentive service and super friendly boss. The map is great! There is only one handful of pizza (what speaks for quality), pasta meat, fish and dessert. It's really not better. Everything is absolutely affordable and, as I said, everything in a great atmosphere. They won us as regular customers. Rare eats better.

eating here was absolutely amazing. the owner manager was very friendly and hit a very good bottle of red wine. we also had 2 pizzas (gambas italian sausage) overall I must give this place 5 stars, although the older blonde dame was not very friendly and came only to us at the beginning and to collect the money of the bill at the end (probably to collect the tip, although the manager did all hard work for them.) we will definitely come back! the owner was amazing, so eating and crying. only improvement is the service of the blonde old lady, but maybe she just had a bad day and I'm too hard. if they are in remscheid, they will go to this place they will not regret it! delicious!
