"we were looking for the ultimate Piedmontese culinary experience and were not disappointed by this little gem in the remote village nomaglio. eating was excellent, we had a mixed plate for starter (view for the artichoke bäck!, tajarin with porcini mushrooms and wild boar...with polnta concia. the food was accompanied by the house wine, a fruity, fat red that was delicious! service was friendly, eating was prompt and we even have to meet the cook: we recommend the place very and will certainly return. the price was very reasonable and they also take care of coeliacs, nice!"

"25 years ago we celebrated our wedding and today we returned for the anniversary! We were 8 plus a baby, we ate very well, from appetizers to dessert! 25 euros per head appetizers: sliced, apple pie and caramelised onion, chestnuts with butter, albese, risotto with mushrooms, lasagne, roast stuffed with fondue and ham, spinach and potatoes in the oven, tiramisu or cup of the Alps, coffee, grappa and drinks included! We are all satisfied! We'll be back soon!"

"dopo aver prenotato per altri due cani poi ben accettato, sabato sera siamo arrivati in questo ben tenuto e enorme locale. alla fine il cane lo ha lasciato a casa per altri motivi, ma gentilmente ci avevano anche messo in un posto appartato come richiesto! personale molto gentile pulito e molto bello posto davvero. Credo di avere la pizza migliore di sempre. Premo che avere problemi di salute, se la pizza non è correttamente lievito e gli ingredienti non buoni, purtroppo soffrono di colica per ore. Qui Sono stato grande, leggera pizza e prezzi molto buoni solo onesto, dolce con abbondanti e genuini porzioni, sono stato davvero estatico da questa cena e non ho mai recensito esagerando ma a questo posto darebbe una medaglia! è anche il vino bianco sfocato che abbiamo accompagnato alla pizza era fantastico! Grazie per aver cenato bene! Penso che tornerò felicemente a mangiare finalmente una grande pizza che non mi fa male!"

"Sad because end of mountain vacation and back home, we step into Giovanni bringing my mother (mushroom fan for lunch. Few minutes off motorway gate, up in a hill with lovely view, car park so beautiful location, easy to go. People are welcoming and gentle, restaurant is wide and clean. Surprising Zuppa di funghi, sort of lasagna with bread, porcini and fontina (local cheese recommended, agnolotti are handmade and really good. All other porcino mushroom are intense flavoured and convincing myself to have more and more, and this is strange to say (I'm not usually mushroom lover... . Dessert all very good, including bonnet (local dessert , blueberry with ice-cream (lot of blueberry ! . Considering overall quality price is little lower then expected, so happy to pay too. At the end my mother (70 years old comes back saying: 2 hours by car from home is worthy to come back here again..."

"Quite OK, far from enthusing. Simple, old style outside. Fancy, polished historical inside. Personnel and manager are friendly, very much local and enthusiastic. Food is local, traditional recipes, less than very good. We had: mixed cheese platter: 3 quite good cheeses, including a flavored one with red peppers and cumin, which may be traditional as we found similar ones in shops around. fritto misto alla piemontese: sweet and savoury breaded bits of vegetables, meats, sweet semolina and amaretto. Very well cooked, less abundant than we would expect for that price a very good mixed herbs soup, thick with cheese and possibly pork rind traditional Piedmontese stew brasato , quite good and no more two local desserts, one of which was very good bunet , the other, panna cotta, just fine Noisy background music and a relatively high bill at 85.5 Euros for two with 1/4 liter wine effectively summed up the experience."
