The service exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the taste of the food prima (with “surviable” portion) and the location quiet yet close to the center with good connection to airport, fair and highway. I am very happy to welcome guests — also well suited for meetings.

Stays a little bit in the ServiceCenter. I had a dispute with the receptionist, as I wanted to take a day shorter than booked and this had already announced three days before. Then she wanted to pay me a cancellation fee of 90%. This is not the standard of a four star hotel. Otherwise the breakfast was good and the service was good. But because of the incident, only three stars.

Super nice hotel with friendly and motivated staff. Rooms very clean and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and a large TV, as well as very fine smelling toiletries. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated Christmas. Free parking and breakfast just great. We felt very comfortable. With the S-Bahn it is not a problem to get to the city. Have booked the hotel for the third time and will book it 100% on another visit to Stuttgart!
