"as always, the ambiente was fantastically peaceful and calm. we had the Surprise menu, with a paired wein on request, and it was good. the first cure was the most interesting and comes closest to the exciting aromas and textures that one could expect from a star restaurant. the other courses were great, the mains were the most tasty, but it lacked flair or novelty. I say that not as a criticism as such, but rather as commentary. this is typically typical for such restaurants where only a small part of the courses are really new or interesting, with the rest being quite generic, but tasty and of high quality. the drink that came with the menu was excellent and refreshing and they do wonderful espressos. all in all, a good evening will be repeated once they change their menu!"
