"The Steinenvorstadt offers a variety of better and a bit less bars, restaurants and take aways: For foreigners it 's often difficult to know where to go and what to get for a affordable price and excellent quality: We can recommend this place for all of it: May it be, as we had , a business lunch, where you see young and elderly people eating the changing menu or, the excellent pasta. If you are in a hurry, as some of my fellow critics write: It 's maybe better to go to a Take Away: It 's not slow: We try to be fair: I want fresh salad, fresh and tasty pasta..so it takes a bit more than 2 minutes. But the staff is friendly and internationally trained. We can recommend this place to all those who want to live a bit of Basle and International feeling and have a decent and fine lunch. Decor is also good for special occasions in the evening. We love the atmosphere. In summer..you can stay outside..but rather for a drink (So do not take it for granted to SIT..as mentioned in the rating) Drinks are not too cheap..but fancy!"

This place has terrible service and old equipment. The hookahs are traditional but need to be cleaned and updated. The Shisha was terrible. Expensive too! I can’t say anything about the food but we went there just for hookah. View menu

for the first time in advance the service is very dedicated and was also quite friendly. the ambiente in the bar also quite ok the margarita didn't taste me especially, I actually wanted the classic what I said but I got a mixed with orangenlikör.price/ performance just doesn't quite agree for me, 14 francs so a drink and no questioning on my answer.

... the bar did not make a really convincing impression. the publikum very young, rather the hipster jugend basels. service was okay, a bit too fast and impersonal, but okay. the shisha tastes really good, and fruity. the cool function at the shisha is really pleasant and convincing. However, the concept and the whole system did not distinguish a really own philosophy. but: you can go!
