"From good reviews on TripAdvisor, we had dinner in this little gem of a restaurant (10 of us!) last Thursday to celebrate my brother's birthday and had the best of times! The quality and freshness of the food for all of us, coupled with the wonderful atmosphere and humour from the owner made it an unforgettable night! Defo recommend this as a must, forget extortionate prices and poor food by the sea front and we will go back when we next visit La Baule. "We knew the majestic htel but not the blue ribbon restaurant. we have been well received and the service is professional (because the prsentation of the dish during the service). The menu is varied as well as a st valentine menu in 3 courses 55. We opted for an apritif (single love 7 cocktail and an assortment of 6 canaps (10 dishes are good and well prepared. We found the qualit/prix moyen ratio (6425 par pers) and a st valentine menu a little simple.However, we have a good evening."

"The bar is aimed high which is reflected in the prices. €8 for an Orangina is absolutely eye watering, but the locale is superb and service excellent. I miss the fresh mint leaf tea/tisane, but if ordered, I expect they would supply it the next day or so. Coctails are very good and the terrace is stunning"

"a golden-haired meal is always a chosen moment that we love to share. I went back to this first Sunday in April and it was like every time a perfect feast of meaning, both for the visual and for the gustative. A delicious cocktail the feet in the sand, loved in mellow chairs to their beach annex, the time to wait for our table to be released while enjoying the sun. Then set with a superb sea view, it was the time to enjoy a frill on the flight-to-sale followed for one of a perfectly half-cuit turbot net and jacco sts on a risotto with truffle. a chicken with a very good invoice accompanied the whole. We concluded this seaside lunch with a divine Norwegian omelet torn to the old rum and a pavlova with pink grapefruit. the golden sail holds its gastronomic stopover in the puliguen and remains a reference for its class and the refinement of its creations."
