"in the heart of quedlinburg we found a medieval idyll that looks like a fairy tale journey into pastness. it is surrounded by a ring of generous youth style villas that are just a few minutes walk from the center of the world heritage of unesco. directly at the desired brühlpark. in the listed artisanal building of a former destille and an adjacent greenderzeit pinais, they find romance since restoration. the historic city is only 5 minutes to walk away and the view of the castle mountain with its two-headed Romanesque church. from the early year to the autumn, but especially in summer, a large green inner courtyard is provided in fresh air. friends and well-known cool kitchen come at any season in the restaurant weinstube at the brühl. and they find here also an excellent international selection of Germans. there is an on-site garage, in which parking is closed at night, partly covered and also closable on request. for wellness offers a colour light sauna. massages by trained physiotherapists are also possible on request. nature, culture and history invite you to discover many possibilities to spend exciting days in quedlinburg. the resin is the northernmost medium mountain of Germany. imposing rocks, gentle hills, romantic valleys, dreamy meadows and deep forests change from a landscape as in the fairy! the city of quedlinburg offers a view of its 1000-year history, reflected in the important buildings of the Romanesque. the historical cityscape, medieval and picturesque at the same time, magnificent watchtowers and works of art were walking and very impressed me. this small town with its 1,200 factory houses from six centuries, the unesco in 1994 has declared one of the largest multifaceted denkmäler in Germany. quedlinburg was placed on the lists of world cultural goods. the renaissance castle on the burgberg dates back to the 16th/17th century and was the favourite french Saxon heart. high above the city on the burgberg the romantic church of St. servatius and attracts most views. the former damenstift holds the famous domschatz, who moved a Texas officer to America at the end of the 2nd World War. this pity has been admired since 1993 in the venerable basilikum. there are probably only a few places, perhaps even none of those German kings and imperial, surrounded by the great of the rich, so often and so gladly stayed. from heinrich i. to frittrich ii. can be shown for all imperial and kings (except for heinrich vi. such quedlinburger remains. not less than seventy! also imperial redbart friedrich barbarossa several times in quedlinburg."

The restaurant manager spoke english, and was very helpful when ordering. The food was excellent and we could not have wished for anything better.

we had the gnocchi with spinach and goat cheese and their carving, with a well-priced South African cabernet. very good service. a much better dinner than the brewery meal we had the next night. so comfortable even if they stay in the hotel.

we booked here dinner because we arrived on Sunday night and thought that other restaurants could be closed. we sat inside, which was very comfortable and had great ambiente. the service and wein were good, although a bit expensive. eating was okay, but not special. interesting only meat or fish, asparagus and cooked kartoffels. The Hollandaise sauce, served on the side, was good if we had better.

We were staying in the hotel so decided to walk across for dinner. There is no a la carte menu but they were totally flexible on the tasting menu allowing you to remove courses. We both had courses - the beef was outstanding ...I had soup which was excellent my wife had prawns she commented they were some of the best ever. Service was star. Price reasonable. I don't think there are a lot of great restaurants in this small town so this one should go top of your list.

we had a solemn dinner out here in the garden at a mild evening. the menu choices were appealing, we threw ourselves in the hands of our server for weincommands and had an unforgettable eating. eating is as beautiful as it is delicious. the courses. very large to satisfy without overwhelming. I loved my herring appetitor with greens, and my lamb hacks after. desserts were interchangeable and delicious. the environment is beautiful and the tempo relaxed. probably a waste to get here in a hurry with somewhere else to follow in a short time. we wanted us to stay in the hotel.

We were staying at the attached hotel, Romantik am Bruhl so we went to the restaurant because we were too tired to go anywhere else. What a pleasure. It is an attractive restaurant. Our waiter was the first person we met in Quedlinburg that spoke...English well. They gave us, besides the bread and garlic butter a taste of a rolled roast beef over tapenade with a kohlrabi soup. I did not taste the roast beef and tapenade as I am a vegetarian but the person I was with said it was excellent as was the kohlrabi soup. The menu changes with the season. I had pumpkin soup which had roasted pumpkins seeds and a Parmesan crisp as well as a cheese strudel with salsify, which I had never tasted and a p...

"Verified 14. 17.06.2020 in 2 visits also as house guests: steak with red wine onions (13.80 and Höllisch Gut em Flamekuchen (9.20€ attractively different from average). The antipasti plate (8, € individual, lasagna (11,90€ tasty and the daily scales at 4,20€ are also recommended! Vegefeuer? Yes, this spirit is written! The tempting mixture is offered for 4, €/2cl; Beer, water and other snacks are about 2, less in the normal price range. It is served by boss or angels, as we were allowed to read on the invoice during the first visit. After studying the small card with flame-cake, meat, pasta dishes and Mediterranean snacks as well as a stunning fresh knobid flot in the restaurant was clear, here we have to go to dinner again! Strong saturation supplements and spices etc. are not found on the map! The guest room offers smiling corners and larger tables in several levels. It is great to screw up without eating or to meet for intimate communication. Operation(s young, simple and uncomplicated friendly cheerful; Cook humorously open and subdued. Intro with a crunchy gray burgundy 0,2l 4,90€ and Pils 0,3l 2,50€. Good that we had ordered, the seats are booked! We start with an antipasti plate (8,90€ : dried tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, olives, frozen. Peperoni, Knobi as well as bread and Quarkdip are tasty and a hearty percussion opener come for things. Toscana with tomato pulp, salami, mushrooms, pesto, cheese and olives are very thin, rather classic, but really delicious balanced and very well made. It is quite good with nothing: Grape, Peperoni, cheese, onions and garlic of this garlic! Simply lasting intensively in the combination of Oberlecker. The above-described schnapps behind or resin-typical firestone of the evening has succeeded! All about satisfied and otherwise recommended. Errors can hardly be done here (unless the standard program of the indivisible East Classics is expected. So, don't forget to go and try calf fire!"
