"I only value the restaurant because we didn't stay there!!! My husband had invited me there because he had already eaten well there. Only through the pre-experience is to understand that we have not gone we have always thought that will be the risotto of my husband looked like meat-colored soup and tasted probably acceptable was very little. My salad looked good but unfortunately in about 200ml sauce. I've never been!!! Too much sauce complained! Maybe the crowd should help over the taste... Unfortunately, that was not a target. Even after dropping off the leaves it tasted after salad with very sweet apple... Sweet apple... The attempt to mitigate it by means of a second plate for the purpose of mitigating it by reducing the amount of sourcing failed at the very sporadic presence of the waiter, he was probably still used elsewhere and therefore cannot be reached for us... Other residents have left the restaurant for this reason after a short stay. After that, I was politely complaining to the waiter who listened to it and expressed his regret, which is no longer obvious today. At least we laughed again very much about this incident on the return trip to nice food in another restaurant, it was so absurd that I had the feeling in the restaurant in the meantime we were at the hidden camera."

The dishes were very good but not overwhelming, the waiter very friendly and the dishes very flotted at the table, the guest garden was small but fine.

Very old (400 years) house, nicely prepared, delicious food, great beer garden, attentive staff. Rooms relatively large, furnished according to the house. Good standard, 3-4 stars. View menu

Wir waren in Quedlinburg auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt, hatten aber Lust auf eine richtige Mahlzeit. Im Restaurant „zur Goldenen Sonne“ wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und auch sehr schnell bedient. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Karte passend Weihnachtlicht. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wir waren zu viert und alle vollkommen zufrieden. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten mittags reserviert und so konnten wir in dem schönen Innenhof einen kleinen Tisch ergattern. Wir haben uns diesesmal nur für eine Hauptspeise entschieden Gottseidank. Bandnudeln mit Tomaten und Wildgulasch mit Rotkohl und Kartoffeln. Dazu zwei Gläser Wein und Wasser. Alles wurde recht zügig serviert. Es war für uns beide aber nichts Überragendes satt ja. Es bleibt wohl bei einem einmaligen Besuch.
