Pension & Gasthaus Riedel

Good first impression, since at a glance Thomas Gottschalk, or as we call him lovingly: Tommy, already resided in room 5; Breakfast was good for the price. The room was fine.

We were there as a larger group. The family ambience is not too top, let alone dinner. Rare I ate so well! Last night, the boss grilled what the crown put on the whole again. Really all the top!

Great menu with fresh regional dishes at relaxed prices, also the selection of drinks incl. Beer from the barrel are great. The service was very courteous and friendly, the Gaststube super rustic and cozy. View menu

Finally, after the corona years, we were back with the Riedel family. As always it was very cozy and family in the pension. We booked with half board and how to expect the kitchen was excellent. The spa area with whirlpool and saunas invites you to relax.

Eine super gemütliche Pension. Essen, Trinken, Schlafen, Personal einfach alles perfekt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt im Erzgebirge. A super cozy guesthouse. Food, drink, sleep, staff everything was perfect. Thank you for the nice stay in the Ore Mountains.

all super, the personal is friendly and friendly, children are always welcome. eating is always plentiful and super tasty, we had booked with half board, and if we found nothing of the 5 main dishes for the selection, it was also no problem because we could order something else. View menu

Looking for traditional restaurants again a new discovery. The facility is cozy-erzgebirgisch, you feel comfortable. It's just too dark at the tables. A couple of candles could help. Finally, the classic Raacha Maad was found on the map, was perfectly prepared, even with garlic as a special wish. The beer offer should be somewhat more regional. Since I only visited the gastrointestinal area, I cannot report on the quality of the pension.

We were with the Riedel's at the end of March/early April 2023. This is a great wellness hotel/house, with a great team. We felt very comfortable, enjoyed the cordiality and caring! The breakfast buffet and dinner card left nothing to be desired. If there are wishes, it was taken care of! Very delicious soups and main dishes. On site you can also acquire many things, in the lovingly decorated court shop. A very cozy spa area that invites you to relax and recharge your batteries. There are beautiful excursion destinations in the area. We felt very comfortable and born, would like to return to Riedel's!

It was a great stay. From the room reservation to departure a nice service. Room was spacious, picko pello clean and we liked well. We were grateful with the bike and for the generous place. Then came the sauna. A very nice sauna area, which I had never expected in a hotel of this size. We were able to fire the oven ourselves, a great fun when you've been using an oven. After the sauce, we've eaten well for dinner. Price performance, lace. the original place surprised me. I have a preference for rustic hospitality, from service to ambience. Everything was fulfilled.
