Called in for a light lunch. Quality of food very good. Staff friendly and efficient. Indoors of pub clean and welcoming. Out grounds well set up good for dogs. Would recommend and will be back.

Had a lovely evening with family celebrating my husbands birthday. Usual friendly, attentive staff relaxed atmosphere. Good selection of ales yummy food. Perfect evening. Thank you The Cook family xx

Recently had a party here and was very impressed with the service. Everyone was so helpful. The manager Mel couldn’t do enough for us. Would happily recommend this pub to my friends for their parties. A great night had by all.

Had my husbands 50th Birthday gathering in the function room behind pub... Was excellent ,helpful staff and fantastic buffet at a reasonable price !! Defiantly will be using this again .... Food is always excellent in the pub too xx

Had a great evening at The White Hart to celebrate my father-in-law’s 80th birthday. Fantastic food, excellent and attentive staff and lovely atmosphere. Jordan, Darcey and Bex did a great job looking after us, as always, thanks guys xx

Had an excellent roast beef Sunday dinner here with everything cooked to perfection. Lashings of gravy which is unusual when you go out to lunch. Delicious bread and butter pudding for dessert with again, lashings of thick custard. Empty plates and bowls all round

This welcoming pub is conveniently situated for a pit stop between London and Southend Airport. The menu is fantastic, with all of our meals being exceptionally delicious. The chips were especially memorable, perfectly cooked, and the vegetables were also cooked to perfection.

Really excellent food! Had the takeaway roast, thoroughly enjoyed! Massive portions, so tasty! I had chicken, friends had lamb. Top quality meal. Friendly polite efficient service. Can't recommend enough and will re visit!!! Geoff. Update had another meal there today lovely haloumi burger, and chicken with Stilton and leek sauce and new potatoes. Delicious!

I love this pub! My friends and I often have lunch here, and it's always great. Last night, a few of us had drinks and dinner, and it was fantastic! I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend both lunch and dinner. I'm planning to try their curry night soon as well. The food is tasty, the prices are good, and the atmosphere is friendly. Definitely worth a visit.
