"Food is good but service is absolutely appaling! We were left without our mains for quite sometime after ordering, food was nice however no one checked on us after our food was given to us, our plates then remained on the table for a long time after we had finished, we then flagged one of the wait staff to remove our plates and to bring us the bill. The bill was given to us along with the card machine and we were just left, after about 20 minutes we gave up and charged ourselves for the meal. We then got ready and left, on our way out the door the barman said to us are you not going to pay? This made me really annoyed I told him we 've already paid using the card machine they left us with and had basically done their job for them! He then went on how it was inconvient for him that we did this! There were about 3 parties of people in the whole pub during all the time we were there so they were not busy in the slightest! I have never known service like this before! Who gives customers the card machine to charge themselves it was an absolute joke! Safe to say I will not be returning! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"
