"to four we were in the Wille s gasthof, which existed since 1898. When you get in, you're almost feeling back in time. the gasthof is located directly on the b3 very centrally in good. from outside a gasthof, so many other villages too. the environment inside is very old locked, without being insulting, and not necessarily any taste. but in such restaurants/restaurants I have made the best experiences. we were very friendly received by herrn wille senior and brought to our reserved place. the table was well covered with white table cloth. the menu is clear and there is something for every taste. the prices are good. for our drinks we had to wait a little longer, as well as for our food, but this is too excused, which should also be delivered by a birthday party. but since we had enough talk material and no time pressure, it didn't bother us. as a greeting from the kitchen we were served baked kartoffel with a quarkdip. a beautiful idea, sometimes somewhat different from this constant brote. the potatoes were simply delicious, only seasoned with salt and absolutely not greasy. the bathroom was made and very well harmonized. that was a good start. as an appetizer we had the heidetapas. we have ordered every tapas per couple that has proven to be wise, as the part is very large. the tapas were excellent. a great idea to process regional ingredients in small culinary delicious bites. the tapas consisted of roasted mandels, baked carrots, chopballs, pimentos, peperonis, lachs, earlylings roll with pork, planted in speckcoat and other delicious causes. unfortunately the photo of this has not become. we were all excited, that was great and curious about the lead. as main dishes we had: heidschnuckenfilet on belugalinsen with schalotten the meat was boiled on the spot, inside still beautiful pink and tastefully a delightful. the lenses were very good and the schalottes were simply delicious. gasthof plate homemade sülze and sour meat, bark meat with remoulade and bratkartoffeln also here they taste the fresh of the ingredients. all very delicious and beautifully dressed. the brat potatoes were not fat. tasty rumpsteak with champignons, swirl, bratkartoffels and an salad also here the meat cooked on the spot and tastefully sensational, the champignons and the swirls were very well prepared. large pork grill, homemade bratwurst, roasted friikadelle and carving with bratkartoffels and salat a part prepared for meat lovers, very large part and topp. the meat nicely fried, the bratkartoffeln not too greasy and the salat fresh. it was really great. as we had to wait longer, there was still a small dessert for the cook. the plants were very fresh. many thanks to family willingness, that was a very nice eating and I can highly recommend it. what the chef willing junior does here is really delicious. from fresh ingredients to preparation, everything is really perfect. Conclusion: it was a very nice evening, eating was top class and for me already star kitchen. they don't always need this whole chichi, but they need a beautifully dressed meal that also tastes. fresh ingredients and the interplay of spicy rounded off the whole. for environment, one or the other should be changed/renewed. I can't think of willing hospitage and will be guaranteed back here."
