that eating was really good, that is amazing. the waiter was really nice and helpful. the drinks were too expensive 8€ for a regular koks. the prices of the food were ok for the sake of hope. View menu

Location fantastica, ottimo spritz e tutti molto gentili. Gli aperitivi si possono gustare entro l'ora di pranzo per poi lasciar, giustamente, lo spazio libero ai commensali. Prezzi adeguati per un posto UNICO al mondo dove l'approvvigionamento è sicuramente dispendioso. Chi si lamenta non lavora in proprio, non viaggia in giro per il mondo e non merita di venire nella meravigliosa Portofino.

after I had all the bad reviews about this place and given the experience I had a few hours ago, I feel obliged to weigh. I give this place five stars. disclaimer: I only ordered a glass of wine here, no eating. the service was good. they took my order sitting within seconds of me and brought the wein pretty fast and look at the free snacks that came with the wein! what is not to like this place?

Sinceramente voglio spezzare una lancia in favore e dare 4 stelle.. è caro ma se uno va a Portofino e vuole mangiare in piazzetta deve aspettarsi dei prezzi simili a piazza San Marco a Venezia.. sennò può sempre portarsi i panini da casa.. Sinceramente mi son trovato bene ed il proprietario è un personaggio ligure tipico! Nelle foto potete vedere la fortuna di aver trovato posto in un tavolo sul lato mare, bellissimo. View menu

The food was decent. The atmosphere was ok. We were a little annoyed at how the head server was constantly correcting his assistant in front of us. He continuously barked orders at this guy. It really ruined the mood. We just wanted to enjoy a nice aperitivo by the port. This guy also kept soliciting tips from Americans. He was so kind in explaining to all of us dumb Americans how the tip isn’t included and that we can just pay the tip in cash. The food was already expensive. Coperto was 4 euro per person and we paid 8.50 euros for a bottle of water. Not worth it at all. This experience along with a few others have convinced me that we will never come back to Portofino. L'orientamento del locale è particolarmente interessante, affacciato ad ovest, prende il sole del pomeriggio, consente di mangiare all'aperto nei pranzi invernali. La posizione è eccellente, nel porticciolo di Portofino, sul mare, meglio di così non si può; il locale ha un piccolo spazio interno e dei piccoli tavolini esterni, belli quelli dove ci siamo seduti, praticamente a pelo d'acqua; l'unico bagno è piccolo ma pulito e rinnovato recentemente, si trova vicino alla cucina, quando sono arrivato c'era una caos perché un aiuto cuoco aveva fatto cadere qualcosa ma devo dire che tutto sommato la cosa è stata gestita abbastanza bene. il personale non è il massimo della vita...
