""wurst - basar" is well known to me from Braunschweig.It should be here to visit hildesheim, who hunger is breastfeeding with a little bite before it went on through the city .so obvious, who decides when looking at the company logo, into the luck ............ the latter had my wife and I. bratwurst and roasted in the back. the position offered a view through the whole shop. Both at the snack area and at the fresh meat tresen the numerous customers were friendly and individually serviced.The older seller had an eye for the small children. but also the great muttis got a piece of sausage. it reminded me of my youth on the village near the little butcher.The salesman knows that he also needs tomorrow and the day after the customer .my compliment, such a service with understood and heart I have seen in brownishwash with "wurst basar" unfortunately not yet .all is tasteful, but this filiale has my personal recommendation.I look forward to the next brate!"

Half of the place is meat shop and another half is very nice fast food with all germans specialties available - different kind of sausages, meat and especially - roasted pork knuckle (schweinshaxe). Also they have all side dishes as well - sauerkrauten, mashed potatoes, fries, etcPrices are very affordable and quality is very good.

This sausage Bazaar branch is located directly in the pedestrian zone of Hildesheim. The selection of products is very diverse and you also get the highest quality. For snacks in between there are a lot of sausages that are freshly grilled. The ambience is ok but no longer contemporary compared to other branches, e.g. in Hanover. The staff is very nice and friendly and you don't have to wait long for your food.
