"We visited Yama Momo on Valentine’s Day this year in the evening. The restaurant was decorated to celebrate the occasion which was stunning, they put in a real effort. We were seated quickly and once seated within 10 minutes our waiter was there to take our order, we were hungry so this was a bonus. Our food and drinks came at a decent pace, once we finished one dish the other would arrive. Food came at a decent temperature and we enjoyed. The only negative thing I have to say is the place is quite small and it feels like you’re on top of each other, there is barely any room between the tables or any room to walk around the restaurant. Other than that, on a whole I’d give this place a strong 8/10. We will definitely be back."

Good for drinks. Otherwise a little loud, a little slow, a little less than Monkatsu a little way away. Open Mondays, which is good for the area.

The food was great, the only let down was the beef dish as it was incredibly salty but was resolved swiftly by the waitress and offered to change the dish. Service was great.

No words to explain. Just disappointing. It appears as if the restaurant is ran by children now. There is not an ounce of organisation between the staff and food was mediocre. I used to come here all the time but you will definitely not be seeing me again.

I love coming here, the food and cocktails are always impeccable although sushi rolls are getting more and more futuristic and I can’t believe you’ve taken crunchy salmon roll out of the menu a few of my friends used to travel down to south London for it! Otherwise, it’s a great place, keep up the good work!
