"Genuinely one of my favourite high end restaurants! AMAZING food…great entertainment and very good atmosphere. Food is not halal but they have vegetarian and fish options available and they do serve mocktail as well as cocktails and alcohol here. Be aware that food arrives as it is cooked so there is no order as to how the food comes out. There is limited parking around the area so please bare that in mind if you plan to drive, otherwise Uber is a good alternative. The interior is so elegantly designed and the staff are welcoming (most of the time), there is a cloak room for your coats and items, just ask a waiter! The speedy wait time on food is definitely a plus! I highly recommend this restaurant, although please be advised it does get much louder in the evening after 10.30 so not very ideal after this point if you want to have serious conversations. Also note they have a reduced menu after 11.30pm. Fridays and Saturdays are very busy so I have noticed the quality of service drops a bit in comparison to the other days and I have encountered unfriendly stuff at the door especially during my last visit hence the rating. I found this upsetting because as I mentioned previously it is one of my favourite food places and appreciate the quality of food served. They have a live band/DJ in the evenings."

"So once a month, my bestie and I treat us one night out and crazy bear was our choice for september. my friend was there several times, but it was my first time and I wanted to know what it was about! I ran as late as ever and my friend was patiently waiting for minutes. at the arrival I was greeted by the super friendly hosts who showed me to our table. to say I have starved was an understatement, and of course, my first thoughts were to flick through the menu and the order! it is always nice to begin after a long day with a glass prosecco! it was all the way that I was up for hours. Yes, this Prosecco glass was very necessary. my friend chose to have the pornstar martini that she highly recommends and added that it was one of the best pornstars she had in london. I have to say that the drinks have come very fast, which is a miracle in london, as they often wait for their drinks for ever! for beginners I decided for the jasmin tee smoked tacky gloucestershire old spots ripping and they had gone in about minutes, simply because they were so delicious. followed by prawn tempura maki roll and salmon sashimi- they should now know that I absolutely love salmon sashimi. for my main thing, I chose the moving butdeen Angus-Rind sirloin, and I love a bit of bark, but perhaps I would have asked the bark to be medium-sized, as it was very chewing and I like my steak to be tenderer. However, the combinations of paprika, oyster mushrooms and oyster sauce are only mouthwater! overall for the price of eating, it was worth definitiw, and I could not be filled anymore. we didn't have much time, but there is a cocktail bar down that seemed to dizz and there was a very cool DJ game music. a few people danced and I wanted to shake a bit, but I had worked pretty early the next day, sad times. I would advise to have dinner and then follow them with drinks down below."

"An amazing restaurant situated in Central MK. From stepping through the doors, Akasaka delivers with a beautiful bar and pink cherry blossom trees. The staff and service was fantastic exemplary from start to finish. We had the Karage Chicken, Spicy Tuna Rolls and Salmon Maki to start. The Tuna Rolls and Salmon Maki were brilliant, but the Karage chicken a little disappointing. It was the crispiest chicken I have ever eaten, but it wasn’t very flavoursome even with the dip. We followed this with Beef Bibimbap and Salmon Bibimbap. Both of these were brilliant the hot beef comes in a searing hot iron bowl and continues to sizzle the whole time you’re eating it! The flavour was fantastic and it was nice to be able to ‘self sauce’ to personal levels. We’ve had takeaway from here before, but will definitely come back to eat in also in the future!"

"Found Kimchee when looking for a place to have dinner. Had to wait for a table, while waiting had a gin, very tasty. Just missing some seats while we wait for table. Foodwise me and my boyfriend shared vegetable dumplings (very good! , a avocado salad (just ok and the main dish made of rice and beef which was good but could be improved with more flavour (we used the sauce from the dumplings . For dessert we had panacotta which was very enjoyable. Would go back for another meal!"

"This sushi restaurant is one of the best in town. It has an authentic, cozy and warm atmosphere with great attention to detail. The prices are very reasonable and you can tell the chefs take pride in their work. The waitress was friendly and attentive with a smile. "My friend and I went to Sushisamba in the past months and I would like to share my brief comments about the dine in experience. • They restrict us 120 minutes dining time (when they served slowly on certain dishes, you would need to rushing quickly to finish it before they could serve you on other dishes). Waiter kept checking on us and asked us to finish the last piece of plate so that he could clear it ! • Music is too loud, therefore people are talking loud too. Really noisy! • Some of the table can't enjoy any view, probably facing entrance or kitchen. If you need to good view, please be more specific to request it. However even we have requested a good view, but they still unable to promise it. • We booked taste of Sumba £100 each person comes with 3 courses. The staff will be delivered all starter come in one go when your table is too small to place all the foods, and you might worry the place will falls onto floor and dine very carefully ! •Can't believe that you paid about £100 per person but you will use disposal chopsticks ! • When the staff clear up the plate, he used a dirty and smelly cloth to clean the table, and you would felt disgusting smell stay on the table and made us felt really unpleasant to stay longer to sit there! We should have asked him to clean it again but he looks not friendly to us. • There are some outdoor table and you may take some photos of London • Average foods and drinks Foods but Green bean tempura, shrimps tempura and black cod taste was good. Overall we had not a great dining experience for the price and service we paid, we had been forced to eat faster !! They are many awesome restaurants with good foods as well as fantastic service plus fantastic view, Honestly I would not recommend any of friends to go Sushisamba, sorry ! !"

"Visited Oryza Sushi on Dec around Service was acceptable although food served was way below expectation. We had our seats at the bar so we could observe how the food was prepared Ordered dinner platter for Miso soup was alright but the sushi was not authentic in taste at all. Rice was too dry and didn't taste of usual sushi rice with vinegar. The ingredients in the sushi was random pieces of fish, cucumber and peppers (really? Peppers in sushi Raw fish didn't look or taste fresh. Gyoza was too tough it was not freshly made. It's all frozen items that you would buy from the Asian Food Supermarket and re-heated up The two ladies that were doing the service that evening seems rather clueless on what’s on the menu or the name of the sushi or how to make them Not very confident on the cleanliness of the service dishes and cutlery. Noticed they hand wash them but the dish cloth used to dry the dishes looked a tad dirty and has been laid around carelessly Payment by card didn’t work. Had to paid in cash in the end."

"This is a lovely historic pub/restaurant tucked away in a little side alley. The bar area was quite busy for a Sunday evening and we were shown to a table in the dining room on first floor which has an outside terrace. We chose from set menu which was excellent. Service was friendly and professional. We could only manage two courses but enjoyed a coffee on the terrace to finish. I would have given 5 stars but the ladies toilets were a disgrace. Broken toilet seat, overflowing bins and not very clean. It's a real shame because everything else was perfect."

"it's sad to see how every visit in tokii, the service goes simply continuous. on my recent visit I was told that they could not serve me because the kitchen was not ready for the afternoon tea set I requested. they place the responsibility on open table and blame it on a communication error between the app and them. it was clear, however, that the restaurant had shown the reservation on the screen and since there were 5 hours from my booking to the actual date, there was enough time to inform us about the missing availability. the host offered to book us for another time, but this is not sufficient compensation for all guests who travel all the way to try out their products only to be put on the door. I acknowledge that it is not quite tokii fault, but as a hotel restaurant that is proud of its hospitality, there is much more to wish than that."

"Upon arriving at the restaurant in the forest, my friends and I decided to dine outside. Unfortunately, the lights were not working properly, so one of my friends tried to fix them. Despite our efforts to help, the manager accused us of tampering with the lights. I apologized on behalf of our group, even though we had not done anything wrong, and thanked him for his assistance. However, the manager reacted by shouting at us and refusing to accept our apology. This made us feel unwelcome and uneasy during our visit."

"Fine food and Issues Decided to visit as the reviews were mainly great. Arrived to find it looked ten minutes after due to be open. They were just opening the door. I went in and quickly used the toilet, not flushed by last person that used it! It's a well laid out, well decorated restaurant. I chose the Escargots as my starter, well cooked with a very small amount of sauce sadly no tongs to hold the shell. They were 6 very nice molluscs. The main was an absolutely sensational tasty seafood salad. Interesting dressing on a generous variety of sea food and nice salad. I had ordered a lime and soda, it transpired they had no lime so someone went out to buy some and could only get lemon, which was ok. When it came to the desert I liked the idea of four of them but ordered the lemon tart. A few minutes later the lady running front of house (I later discovered it was her first day in post!! Returned hugely apologetic telling me sadly they had no lemon tart. I chose the cherry clafouti and a few minutes later the young lady came back devastated to tell me they had none of that either! I eventually had a brownie, which she didn't charge me for. Must confess it didn't excite and the supplied ice cream was quite crystallised as if it had been refrozen. The table next to me were told they had no more Escargot, so clearly they opened with only one portion available. Front of house was good, 2/3 of the food I had was great but clearly someone needs to sort out the kitchen too many problems to give customers confidence of availability. Was it worth the trip? Oh yes but they have some serious organisational issues to resolve."

"I went to this restaurant for the second time on a Thursday evening for a girls' night out. We were the only ones there. The food was well-prepared, but I was not a fan of the 10% service charge automatically added to the bill. The vegetarian options were very limited. Parking is available at a public car park about 5 minutes away, but it can be difficult to find a space when there is a production at the nearby theatre. The service was average."
