This macaroni and cheese dish called Mac cheese is available here with Pipe Doppia Rigatura type Pasta. There are 8 Mac cheese formulas available, including a 100% vegetable: Health Prez 2 sizes are available: French or American (for those who are very hungry) Any formula can be personalized, or otherwise you can compose your own MacChesse. Menus, Mac, Drink and Dessert or Mac and Drink are available. All recipes are also available in a gluten-free version! You can add vegetables (and or fruit) and topping So I took a personalized Health Prez (Pasta, homemade lactose-free sauce, faux mage, bread crumbs with cherry tomatoes and pears, with spring onions). The salty sweet combination was perfect for this dish! The first thing that catches the eye is decoration, street art, hiphop façade and interior decoration, which immediately brings the customer into the mood. The selection of menus is well thought out, it is very generous and served quickly! Drinks, soda, ice tea, beers and coffee are available. The homemade desserts are reorganized to offer vegan versions, depending on customers. I welcome the welcome and the explanations of this concept and the different possibilities of this mythical court. Had the vegan mac&cheese (includes broccoli, spinach, and I added cherry tomatoes) and it was very good. You can have dinner there, order it online, or at the restaurant as take-out. I had the biggest size which in hindsight was a bit much, but since I enjoyed it so much I probably would've wanted more if I had the smaller portion.

Oh how I wish I could give YO’ Mac Cheese 5 stars! They have only one vegan dish (the Health Prez , but it’s so good (and so endlessly customizable that I could eat it every day. Really. Really and truly. It’s that good. The pasta is perfectly cooked and the vegan cheese (faux-mage, geddit? is melty and delicious. It typically comes with spinach and broccoli, but they were out of broccoli when we went, so I substituted mushrooms, and then I pimped it up with cherry tomatoes. Holy ****! Sheer heaven!
