Bellissimo l'ambiente e piatti davvero eccellenti. Amuse bouche da applausi. Piatti consigliati: per chi ama la carne, da provare il piccione e la tartare di pecora; per chi ama i molluschi, le ostriche in spuma di burrata

Abbiamo provato il menù di 5 portate più il piatto di formaggi, tutto ottimo, piatti elegan e perfettamente elaborati. Servizio impeccabile e professionale. Locale molto carino e confortevole. Un ristorante molto raccomandabile.

Esperienza eccezionale, per il mio primo stellato. Alcuni piatti erano davvero particolare, cura eccezionale. Il sommelier ci ha suggerito un vino perfetto per la cena, unico neo forse del menù degustazione su cinque piatti, due erano dei dolci. Avrei preferito un antipasto o primo in più. View menu

Zia is a wonderful restaurant that deserves more attention than their single Michelin star. The service is prompt. The food is inventive apart from being delicious. This was my first experience with eel and I'm worried it was too perfect. The wine list is thorough and pairs well. I can't wait to return on my next trip to Rome!

Zia restaurant was the best dining experience we had in our 4 day trip to Rome. The interior design is beautiful and the staff and service was on par with the best of the best. To our surprise the food was also exquisite. Everything was perfectly synchronized. We would be so lucky to return and experience this again! Thank you Zia team.

Such a great experience! We had a problem with another reservation and we call to ask for a table at the same day, and they were very kind letting us in a table that was reserved for later (and they explained that). We got the 5 courses menu, but i lost count of the quantity of dishes they served. The food was amazing but i have to say that the service is also the star of the restaurant. 100% recommended. I have always wanted to try a Michelin-starred restaurant, yet in all my travels I hadn’t yet done so. I thought Roma would be the perfect place to start. Zia Restaurant is in Trastevere, and only a 5-minute walk from where I was staying. I secured a reservation weeks in advance, and did receive confirmation from them the day before. Wow. What an incredible, perfect 5-star experience. The service was as stellar as the dishes and drinks themselves. Abbiamo provato questo ristorante seguendo la guida Michelin e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti ed entusiasti sotto tutti i punti di vista. Il servizio è stato impeccabile impeccabile, cordiale, professionale e capace ed assolutamente disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. La proposta dei vini è molto ampia e l'accompagnamento vini è stato gestito in maniera impeccabile. Il locale è assolutamente fantastico, con un'atmosfera molto intima ed un arredamento molto minimal che viene riproposto anche nella mise en place.
