"The Ziegenpeter is a café located directly on the Rhine that is known, among other things, for employing people with disabilities. I think that in itself is important and right. I've been there several times, like yesterday. It was packed and I felt incredibly sorry for the staff because there doesn't seem to be a structured plan drawn up internally to protect the staff from this volume so that the café isn't bursting at the seams. I would like the AG to work out a structure with the people who work there in which the staff is protected and the people who spend their money there are also satisfied. I would like to see more overview of the process there, which is designed to be barrier-free and clearly visible to everyone. If all tables are occupied, this should be made easy for staff and visitors to come. The overview is completely lost there, everything is a mess. It's really a matter of extreme luck whether you have a nice experience there or not and I think that's a shame. I would like to emphasize here that in the situations described, I do not attribute responsibility to the staff but rather to the client. Personally, I am deterred from going there again because of these facts, as I unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience there several times for the reasons mentioned above."
