Zizzi - Liverpool One

I had an enjoyable experience in Zizzi for dinner. The service was good, I enjoyed my pasta and tiramisu. Good location too

Great service we sat outside on the terrace, food lacked a little flavour but overall was a great and the service was great !!

Food poor. Pizza dough appeared pre-frozen. Starter not warm. Dessert good but that's about it! Overpriced for the lack of quality.

Often pop in here during shopping trips. Food is always decent you know what you're getting and staff pleasant. Ella served us on this occasion and, though busy, she was very attentive, smiley and checked in on us several times. Nice experience. Thank you.

Great food. But after going to dinner one night and then for dessert and coffee the night after, the service is atrocious. Both nights we were seated in the back corner and both nights the staff either completely forgot or ignored us. The second night I had to walk up to the manager to ask for someone to come take our order after waiting for 15 minutes on a slow night at 9pm. View menu

We visited Liverpool One Zizzis and were looked after by the wonderful Jason. Our first waitress suggested trying some delicious dishes including calamari and my son 's favourite 'plain ' garlic bread. I then tried the Sticky Pig Rustica which was marvellous, and the Spaghetti Bolognese is always top quality here. We didn 't opt for dessert on this occasion but will be back again soon! Thanks to all the team on a busy Friday night in Liverpool.

A fantasic Experience at the Zizzi had to book at table with an hour wait came back after a bit more family shopping so brilliant location for shoppers . The inside table was ready for us and we ordered 3 pizzas with drinks the service and food was top notch as Always and there was a Great Atmosphere both inside and out !! Very covid safe would recommend this place to anyone who loves any Italian food this place is as good as the Trafford Centre Zizzi

I 'm a biggest fan and regular guest of Zizzi Restaurants, had a lunch in Liverpool One site on Sunday and it was the worst experience I have ever encountered with Zizzi... Manager greated at the door was so grumpy so you could feel her anger steaming out of her ears, you could feel it in the air and it affected all the team on the floor... atmosphere was terrible and made us feel very unwelcomed. Pizzas served was not usual size, Rusticas are usually covering all the serving board but not this time, was so small and can tell you it was not worth the price and presentation was OMG, ingredients just dropped on in big chunks, you should call it do it yourself ... it was so thick even exceeding...
