Atmosphere: 5 out of 5 stars. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with dim lighting and comfortable seating. It was the perfect setting for a romantic dinner or a meal with friends.

I recently had dinner at this restaurant with a price range of £30-40 per person. The food was tasty and I would rate it a 4 out of 5. The service was decent, scoring a 3 out of 5. The atmosphere was also pleasant, earning a 4 out of 5.

Went for lunch with family on a Sunday. Had my daughter not booked a table, I would not have eaten there. Although it was early in the day, and not busy, the toilet area smelt appalling and was in dire need of a thorough clean. A pity, because otherwise it was a pleasant venue. Nice Venue, good food and service, good central location. Great vegan, vegetarian and meat-based dishes too. Great shiitake mushroom and pink pickled onion pizza for vegetarians, with vegan cheese option. The small round pepper-looking things in the photo are the pink pickled onions! Casareccia Pollo Picante (spicy chicken with casareccia pasta) is popular too, if you're not a vegetarian

Didnt get as far as ordering! On arrival they didn't appear to have our reservation despite us stating that it was a special occasion our daughter’s birthday! They sat us at a table in the back that resembled a canteen vs a restaurant. It was so cold that we couldn't remove our coats. We took the opportunity while seated to book an alternate restaurant and hastily left. Very poor service!!

It's nice and cosy inside, staff are friendly and they've had a vegan menu for a while. I really enjoyed vegan Ragu, but I must say that I am not a fan of the vegan pizza, the vegan cheese is tasteless and very very oily. They sometimes put way too much of it, killing all the flavour and making it so oily it's inedible. Most mozzarella alternatives don't taste great that's why there should be a small amount of it on a pizza but more veggies and oregano (unless you have a great home made cheese like purezza does). Unfortunately the Fondue starter was got wrong twice first coming with just 4 prices of bread for a sharing starter worth £17. After notifying the waiter we then got the rest of the fondue but the fondue bowl had been taken away (it was cold). After 10mins we still didn't have a replacement fondue and After eating some of the dipping items we told the server to just move onto the main course due to the dipping food now being cold. Credit to the staff they provided a complimentary drink and removed the starter from the bill. The salmon rissoto and Calzone pizza made up for the earlier errors and were lovely.

Food was definitely not value for money. Quite expensive given the quality. Ordered salmon prawn pasta, was bland and nothing special. Dessert came out wrong, then when it came it was a chocolate brownie instead of the salted caramel one and had chocolate sauce. Asked the server if this was correct, as it looked nothing like the picture and he said it was. The restaurant was relatively quiet, there was even a member of staff sleeping on the couches at the top near the back at the tables. Thought the staff would at least be given a staff room. I'd be very surprised if this chain of restaurant is still open in 2 years time. The only plus is the service was good and our server was nice.

Ho ' dear what a horrible place I went to the gentleman 's toilet before ordering my meal what a dirty horrible toilet the mens urinals where caked with **** yes unsightly old dry caked wee and the mirrors where so dirty I could hardly see through them. The floor looked very suspicious, looks dirty. I told the waitress and she went in to a lock down and didn 't like it because I said the toilet was dirty and I used the word **** in the sentence and told us she doesn 't want to serve my partner and I because of my complaint .
