Zizzi at Sutton is lovely as always. Quick friendly service anf fresh hot food.

Only came here because Pizza Express was full. Overpriced boring meal with zero atmosphere and depressing service. Everytime I go to Zizzi I regret it.

Lovely Valentines Day dinner was had today. The meal was extremely good value, our total bill was £82.15 which included a bottle of Pink Prosecco. Our Server, Jorge, was very attentive, even though the restaurant was very busy. A very satisfied and pleasantly full couple.

I have been to Zizzi in Sutton on a saturday night the food is ok but nothing special, it's not autentic italian (I am italian and I can tell). The service was good, although a bit slow, but that was probably due to the fact that the venue was full. I didn't like much the ambience, I wouldn't recommend it for a date. View menu

We didn't have a booking but we were quickly given a good table. The staff were quick and friendly. Our order was taken and we received our drins and food in good time. I was impressed with the staff's attitude as it is busy with families, couples and groups, theye are obviously under pressure to provide a good service...they did for us. This is a busy, noisy spot and not somewhere to go for a romantic evening.

We have visited this restaurant many times and as usual the initial greeting from the staff and atmosphere is great, friendly, professional service from a young woman who took the time to make sure my son was happy. Regretfully the food did not measure up, what was once fresh, tasty Italian food has become tasteless, bland and unpleasant. My pizza was akin to eating paper, no flavour at all. My wife had meatballs which were overcooked and had clearly been microwaved before service. My son had one bite of his pizza and pushed it away. The waitress was apologetic but clearly used to hearing the same complaints, she suggested we contact head office . Cannot recommend, would not return.

So wife and I thought Zizzi sutton would be a good choice to eat but I was soooo wrong. Restaurant was not busy inside, maybe 12 ppl max. We ordered 2 starters, squid and bruchette, took 35 mins to get them. Squid was tough to chew and the tomatoes on the bruchette were rubbery to bite, not a good start. We then had to wait another 35 mins b4 our mains arrived. During this the waitresses were milling around the cooks counter sorting out the orders for deliveries time and time again, paying no attention to the customers on the tables.
