Love sitting outside at the Zizzi tower hill! It's situated in St Katherine docks right by the water, so the location is beautiful especially in summer!

Attentive service and food was generalky good. The only slight negative was that one of the desserts, which sgould have been hot, wasn't. It was dealt with quickly and wfficiently.

Absolutely awful !! Booked a table then was turned away !! Staff were rude and could not handle anything. Should just shut it down if they can not handle the amount of customers coming through the door.

Waited for food for an hour without any cutlery. Had to ask three times for my children's squash. The food was cold and overall, the staff were rude and the service was terrible. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The waiter, can't remember his name but it was late afternoon on 16th February at the one near Tower Hill, gave us very good and friendly service. I think looked Mediterranean, had a ponytail. Hope he gets some recognition!

My family and I went out for New Year's Eve at this particular Zizzi, and it turned out to be the best choice. Not only was the food delicious, but the view of London was amazing! The location of the restaurant is fantastic.
