"small rustic restaurant with delicious German Bohemian cuisine. we had combined our day trip with friends and children to the celler Christmas market with subsequent dinner in the restaurant schwejk ''. only 5 minutes away. you could easily book a table online. this should also be done as the restaurant was very well visited. we can understand. regional products and according to map is everything that lands on the teller, made yourself and that is also tasted. from pumpkin soup, over topinky, prager ham, carving, goat cheese and dee we had everything tastefully top. the tellers were empty. we definitely recommend to order a portion hot french to order. to conclude, each of us had personally recommended and served a suitable liqueur. my kirschlikör (visnovka) was wonderfully fruity. also the last floor had been very well guarded. from the talk with the wet we hear that this is well and the satisfaction of its guests and the quality of the food is at first place. the visit in the Schwejk had wonderfully rounded off our Christmas trip to celle. we'll be back in summer. love greetings from berlin!"

Food perfect, drinks perfect, everything perfect!!! The boss serves, is very friendly and helpful. If you eat there at the weekend, you have to take some time, but under the week it goes pretty fast. Continue to recommend!!!! View menu

Here not only the foods are great, but also the service and the ambience can score points. A family business in Czech style. My family has been here for over 30 years. We are all always very satisfied, the portions vote, the meat tip, the dessert a poem! Ask for the Povidel... worth every sin. Coffee, very good! Comes beautifully from a screen carrier machine and is made with love.

"Recently I found myself in Celle again on a combined business/pleasure trip. Already having eaten at Schweine Schulze (see review there), this time we headed to Le Feu.Le Feu is situated in an old Fachwerkhaus, but that is not too unexpected as in Celle the old character and hauses have been preserved. That is until the socialist party got a majority in the city council and started to demolish old hauses. I think they were voted out before they could damage more than one street that is now an eyesore in Celle.Anyway, back to Le Feu. As the name already indicates there is a bit of a French influence, which translates itself to a lot of dishes with an Alsacian/Lorraine influence like the Elzasser Flammkuche/Tarte Flambée Alsacienne, or, in regular english: The Alsacian version of the Italian Pizza, but with a variety of toppings. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great. The owners/managers are welcoming and friendly just as the staff is. Service was prompt. Ordered several varieties of Flammkuche in sequenceI prefer the more traditional savory Flammkuche, with onions and bacon. My date had a mexican and a hawaiian. All tasted great. Though I am not really into beer, when in germany do as the germans so topped it off with some great german beer.Had a lovely evening. Bill was a pleasant surprise. Definitely good quality for your euro.Le Feu caters for people with several food allergies."
