"Satt wird man hier – aber reicht das aus? Die Qualität der einzelnen Gerichte ist mittelmäßig. Auch in Herne müsste man langsam wissen dass es zu langweiligen Tütensoßen und faden Fertigsalaten gute Alternativen gibt. Auf vorsichtige Kritik wird beleidigt reagiert, die Standardfrage „hat´s geschmeckt“ scheint für die weibliche Bedienung eine reine Floskel zu sein. Gut, die Mittagskarte enthält günstige Gerichte incl. Suppe und Dessert. Aber muss frau einen jungen Mann, der sein Dessert aus Sättigungsgründen nicht aß fragen, ob es „mal wieder nicht geschmeckt“ hat? Steaks der Standardkarte werden teilweise zu lange gebraten, Spieße schon mal mit einer Soße gereicht, die aufgrund der Süße stark an Curryketchupaus der Flasche erinnert. Pfifferlinge (waren die wirkliche alle „frisch“?) beim letzten Besuch verkocht und salzig, Schnitzel (Schmetterlingsschnitt) ordentlich, aber mit Fertigpanade. Leber geht so. Bratkartoffeln z.T. matschig, Pommes bei früheren Besuchen viel zu weich. Aus fam. Gründen bin ich häufiger hier. Aber nicht gerne.Bitte sorgfältiger arbeiten und dafür die Portionen verkleinern."
