"I stayed in this farm together with my family on weekends. the property is very welcoming and is located a stone's throw from the valley of the temples and Agrigento. The rooms are spacious, clean and in their simplicity, very comfortable. plentiful breakfast and superlative restaurant. great and delicious food. vote 10 to the staff, both to the lady who welcomed us in the morning for breakfast, and to the waiters of the restaurant, nice and prepared. I have taken advantage of the holiday bonus for this stay but surely there will be other opportunities to return, considered the welcome also by the owner of the property."

"Abbiamo scelto questo posto leggendo le recensioni ma non siamo rimasti per niente soddisfatti. Abbiamo aspettato più di 40 minuti per avere gli antipasti che per fortuna erano buoni spine a parte…(caponata di tonno e baccalà in agrodolce). Il primo è poi arrivato in un lampo ma: Spaghetti alle vongole piene di sabbia..si può capitare ma tutte tutte è un po’ strano; Ravioli ripieni di pesce con pomodorini e gamberi…tralasciando il gusto indecifrabile del piatto, per gamberi si intendevano le teste… Gli antipasti e i primi sembravano provenire da due cucine distinte. Il personale è invece molto carino e il proprietario non ci ha fatto pagare gli spaghetti e ci ha offerto un amaro per “il problema”."

We asked for the table and went to invite our friends (which were like 10 meters away) and when we came back she started to shout on us in italian making all the people staring at us. It was very rude, because she understood we were tourists, but she was just making fun of us in front of all restaurant. The worst experience during all the holidays. I'm sorry there is no zero for review."

"Piccola osteria nel cuore di Agrigento. L'offerta è di prodotti tipici siciliani con la possibilità di degustare pescato del giorno. La proprietaria è una signora lombarda il cui compagno è lo chef. Abbiamo assaggiato come antipasti la caponatina che secondo il mio punto di vista mancava della sua tipica nota dolciastra e la ricotta fresca fritta, ottima. Primo: rigatoni con pesto alla trapanese. Porzione abbondante, sapore discreto, pasta leggermente scotta. Secondo: Salsiccia al nero d'Avola. Buona Sgombri arrostiti (pescato del giorno) buoni. Contorno: patate prezzemolate buone. Vino della casa buono. Prezzi nella norma"

"Unassuming from the street, this charming little place is a true delight. It may look like they only offer street food from their prominent store front display; or pizza from their name but they actually have an extensive menu available in 5 languages. We visited twice once yesterday to buy a bottle of wine to take back to our B B (when we expressed concern for the cork and not having a cork screw, they loosened it for us! The next night when the fancy restaurant next door is closed on a Sunday, we returned for a full meal. Check out the pictures. So delicious. Great flavoring, large portions. We had chicken in a tomato sauce with parmesan cheese. Cooked with basil and served piping hot. We also had beans and asparagus great seasonings and piping hot. French fries just because Sicilian fries are so good! The huge plate of hot pizza style bread with seasonings and olive oil was complimentary. No coperto charged. Super friendly staff, more attentive then in some other restaurants. They spoke just enough English and we had enough Italian that we got along great and had fun. Even the cook got in on it. They seemed delighted to have foreigners in for a visit. Yesterday we saw a steady stream of locals getting pizzas to go, so they must be good too. 31 euros with two very full glasses of house wine. Great value."

"Walking along Via Atenea in old town Agrigento looking for a restaurant that was serving pizza or pasta, Gambrinus served both. My partner and I both ordered a Pizza Margherita. Being vegetarian limits the pasta dishes we could try. The pizza was very basic, nothing great about the food. The crust was very crispy and hard to cut, but tasted pretty good. The tomato sauce was sweet but tasted ok, the cheese had no flavor at all. Service was fine, all of the waiters were rushing around and working hard so can't complain."

Delicious dishes recommended by the beautiful owner Valeria, who is always attentive and available to every request of her customers. Excellent value for money, good wine. Good service in the dining room, the waiter Souhail very good, prepares fantastic cocktails. I recommend the busiate with swordfish, cherry tomato and mint and swordfish rolls. ???? "every time the flood is a surprise. I was there with friends, family, collaborators and every time they made me feel like home. the waiters are competent, educated, always with the smile. the costs are contained and the quality of the aperitif, the cutters and drinks is exceptional. menus are simple and suitable for each goto and each pocket. the assortment of wines is really wide. the owner is one of those people you can talk to serenely, ask for information and suggestions. In short, synthesized: beautiful place!"

"This trattoria was recommended by our host Alberto at the B&B Roba degli Olivi (much recommended, btw . We ate here two nights in a row during our stay near Agrigento. Normally we would want to visit different restaurants when in a new place, but the first night was so good, we went back. Great pizzas (and 5 pages of different kinds to choose from! , pasta, and vegetables. The second night we ordered the complete menu an amazing bargain for only 25 Euros. They started with so many kinds of antipasti all delicious and homemade that when it was time for a primo, we were already getting full, so went straight to the meat course. Their grilled meat was excellent lamb, pork, and beef. All followed by some wonderful homemade cannoli, and a delicious blueberry based amaro afterwards. Wine was also good and cheap!"

"We had late dinner after driving back from Syracuse. Reservation easily made the first occasion upon using Fork. The dinner exceeded expectations, with an opportunity to have original food during our second week in Italy. Generous portions, non traditional ingredients such as smoked lettuce and red pepper cream With traditional Italian preparations Of crudo and pasta. Highly recommended."

"One of the best pizzas (although it's a pinsa) I've ever eaten!! My sister and I wanted to try two flavors: Bufalina with Burrata, San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, Crudo di Parma 24 months, Pizzutello Semisecco tomato and Green Gold with Mortadella Bologna Dop, pistachio pesto, stracciatella and pink peppercorns. plentiful ingredients and above all quality, all in a frame of kindness and courtesy by the staff. Given the honest prices (I repeat) quality of the ingredients and the goodness of the pines, waiting times in the norm, indeed reduced considering it was a Saturday evening. I will definitely come back because at a distance of three days I still have their taste in my mouth that I will hardly be able to forget!"

"I do not recommend at all!!! We came to eat at 8:30 PM and waited almost an hour until our antipasti were ready. The fish was good so we had high expectations for the main course , even though the salads were bland(no dressing, not even salt and pepper) and overpriced. I was already disappointed when the waiter told me that they were out of the two pasta dishes I had my eyes set on, so I had to opt for the Pizza Vegetariana. That and the other 4 Pizzas that I and my friends had ordered arrived very late, it was after 10:15 PM. Furthermore it was probably the worst Pizza I have ever eaten. The dough including the vegetables had clearly been frozen and only warmed up before served, it was undercooked and a little bit burned which they tried to cover up by putting huge amounts of radicchio on top. The Gnocchi were okay but an amount that does not add up with the price, the risotto was watery and tasted old. We told them that we didn't like the Food much and when we paid they gave us a 4€ discount on our 179€ bill... The service was not unfriendly but I still urge you not to eat at this place!"

"The outdoor setting Is wonderful. On arrival we ordered an aperitif, gin and tonic and aperol spritz. The tonic was flat the the aperol was served with water not procesco We thé ordered a bottle of wine from the menu, chosen because it was a 2016 vintage. A 2020 version was brought to the table and when we questioned it the waitress replied that it was the new one. Our starter and main courses were delicious so we ordered a pudding. When it arrived at the table it was white chocolate rather than the dark chocolate as described on the menu. When we asked why we were told that it had changed! We left feeling that as the customers we were expected to just accept whatever standard was decided by the restaurant. We would not return or recommend it"
