"Our family of 10 was traveling through to visit the Valley of the Temples, and just picked this restaurant solely based on location and opening hours (many places were closed for lunch). Wow did we luck out! Gorgeous views of the valley, informed and attentive service, wonderfully creative menu, and of most importance: the food was fantastic! Honestly, it was a little more in terms of quality, atmosphere, and price than we had been looking for, but it turned out to be a lovely oasis before braving the heat of a Sicilian afternoon looking at Greek ruins. And to those of you who are Downton Abbey fans, our waiter reminded us of Mr. Carson not in age or looks, but it was clear he is someone who appreciates the finer points of a dining experience and wanted to make sure ours was up to par. Thank you!"

"Ristorante in pieno centro storico ad Agrigento. Cibo genuino e ben cucinato. Il pesce del giorno viene portato a tavola e si può scegliere prima che venga cucinato. Abbiamo optato per del freschissimo formaggio pecorino alla piastra, dei freschissimi calamaretti fritti e come secondo, un sarago alla griglia e una gallinella al guazzetto di pomodorini. Servizio impeccabile. Il ragazzo dovrebbe fare solo altra esperienza e pratica nello spinare e pulire il pesce. Ottima la carta dei vini. Abbiamo accompagnato il pasto con un ottimo bianco della cantina Donnafugata. Per concludere una ottima grappa barricata della cantina FIRRIATO."

"The view is nice.... But the food isn 't as impressive as they want it to be. Had the fried fish anti, pasta with red prawn, and the amberjack. The fried fish was ok, but you couldn 't really taste any of the underlying fish/prawns, and the mayo was just mayo. The red prawn sauce was the standout hit of dinner, but the pasta was underdone. The waiter explained that it was pasta fresca , so that 's why. Uh... I make fresh pasta all the time and know that it needed another minute. The amberjack was cooked well, but the sauce didn 't compliment it well for me. Come for the view, but don 't expect your highlight Sicilian meal. Also if you sit outside with the nice views, be prepared for very busy traffic noise from the road below."

"The outdoor setting Is wonderful. On arrival we ordered an aperitif, gin and tonic and aperol spritz. The tonic was flat the the aperol was served with water not procesco We thé ordered a bottle of wine from the menu, chosen because it was a 2016 vintage. A 2020 version was brought to the table and when we questioned it the waitress replied that it was the new one. Our starter and main courses were delicious so we ordered a pudding. When it arrived at the table it was white chocolate rather than the dark chocolate as described on the menu. When we asked why we were told that it had changed! We left feeling that as the customers we were expected to just accept whatever standard was decided by the restaurant. We would not return or recommend it"

"Locale carino, personale molto gentile è disponibile. Ora parliamo della cucina antipasti top, le delizie di Montalbano buono vario ingredienti di qualità e gusto definito, insalata di polpo e patate cottura perfetta sia del polpo che delle patate. Primi piatti:spaghetto con le vongole Erano lupini ma molto gustosi cottura della pasta perfetta. piccola pecca leggermente invadente il vino bianco ma nel insieme più che buono. D'altro canto il calamaro ripieno con cuos cous di pesce all interno perfetto! Per non parlare della salsa ai crostacei fotonica piatto da 10 cottura perfetta gustoso ottimo da provare. Terza portata polpo su letto di crema di patate e zafferano buonissimo cottura perfetta e gusto ben definito la cena ottima. L unica lacuna la pasticceria, il dolce buono ma non buonissimo ma era confezionato. quindi locale assolutamente consigliato prezzi buoni qualità prezzo perfetta anzi potrebbero osare di più perché merita tantissimo la cucina! Speriamo di avere occasione di tornare in un futuro.."

"Being local, I've had lunch several times, both with friends and customers, and I've always been extremely satisfied. Many confuse this place with the homonymous site in San Leone, seaside village of Agrigento, but it is totally different places. First, the staff in the room (actually a girl and the owner) are always extremely careful and available, even in the most chaotic moments. so the service is always fast and graceful. The dishes are spectacular, both because they are dishes that almost nobody knows how to prepare well from our parts (like the first of the Roman cuisine cacio and pepper. gricia, carbonara, amatriciana), both because the level of raw materials is great (meat is something wonderful). Sweets are often a surprise: among all cheesecake, prepared with jams produced by them. The room is nice and well furnished. Wines and beers are at the food level. I'm always coming back."

"Piccola osteria nel cuore di Agrigento. L'offerta è di prodotti tipici siciliani con la possibilità di degustare pescato del giorno. La proprietaria è una signora lombarda il cui compagno è lo chef. Abbiamo assaggiato come antipasti la caponatina che secondo il mio punto di vista mancava della sua tipica nota dolciastra e la ricotta fresca fritta, ottima. Primo: rigatoni con pesto alla trapanese. Porzione abbondante, sapore discreto, pasta leggermente scotta. Secondo: Salsiccia al nero d'Avola. Buona Sgombri arrostiti (pescato del giorno) buoni. Contorno: patate prezzemolate buone. Vino della casa buono. Prezzi nella norma"

"First of all, I would start with the kindness of the exhibitors. They treat the audience with passion and exceptional courtesy. They are two exercises among the best in western Sicily. For food there is no better to ask. The smell of cheese and salami intoxicates the palate and you want to return. I've been fond of organic food and I invite you to the frequency. Outdoor tables are another indispensable service. Special wines accompany the giant salads, special piadines and everything that the house offers. Tourists return but also we farms are admired of the products. I wish them a world of good"

"È la tipica rosticceria, e già questo nome racconta una storia tutta sua, dove si serve la gente del posto. Posso dire che dopo aver assaggiato diversi tipi di arancini (o arancine se siete ad Agrigento), nelle diverse città della Sicilia, questo è il posto da cui mi farei adottare. I prezzi sono economicissimi e non se lo meritano. Per tre gustosissimi arancini, un superbo pollo allo spiedo, un pezzo di torta salata agli spinaci e un contorno di spinaci abbiamo speso 13 euro. Per non parlare della cortesia e della gentilezza con cui ci hanno serviti. Ci tornerò la prossima volta che passo per Agrigento, sicuramente e lo consiglio. Metto le foto del locale, avrei voluto farle alle cose che abbiamo preso ma non ho fatto in tempo ed è finito tutto."

"Servizio ottimo, personale gentilissimo, per quando riguarda il cibo antipasto pagato 25 € c'erano 4 mezze cozze, 1 cannolicchi, 1 fetta di spada affumicato,1 di tonno affumicato, 1 vongola,1 sarda a beccafico,1 crostino con crema di cipolla,e un'altra cosa che non ho capito cosa era, il primo linguine con gambero rosso pistacchio w ciliegino buonanotte niente di che,per essere zona di mare mi aspettavo di meglio. Their selection of fresh fish is of the highest quality, we found the spaghetti with clams (spaghetti alle vongole) to be the best we have ever eaten anywhere in the world. Growing up in Italy, I know what I'm talking about. Their menu diversity will satisfy every preference or diet profile, the sky is the limit and the choice is yours to combine flavors. Their waiters are incredibly elegant and helpful and will be glad to assist you during your entire dining experience. Last but not least, all of this in a high end classy atmosphere as you are sitting right in front of the legendary temples, that provide a view like no other. We went for lunch and dinner both were beyond fantastic and highly curated experiences. We look forward to seeing la Terrazza degli Dei being a Michelin star rated restaurant. It is well beyond a restaurant, it is a unique life experience whether you are with your loved one for a romantic evening or with your entire family."

"Well furnished premises. Very kind and honest waiters to recommend the best dishes and wines. Good chefs. Unfortunately there was an unspoilt episode: we had booked for 20:30, but when we arrived, the table was busy. So the owner invited us to take an aperitif until the table was released. This aperitif (very good among others) was not offered to apologize for the wait, but we paid it 15 euros. So besides waiting for a table booked 1 week before, we also paid for the wait. Too bad because the rest was worthy of the Michelin Guide. Parking: Hard to find"

"I do not recommend at all!!! We came to eat at 8:30 PM and waited almost an hour until our antipasti were ready. The fish was good so we had high expectations for the main course , even though the salads were bland(no dressing, not even salt and pepper) and overpriced. I was already disappointed when the waiter told me that they were out of the two pasta dishes I had my eyes set on, so I had to opt for the Pizza Vegetariana. That and the other 4 Pizzas that I and my friends had ordered arrived very late, it was after 10:15 PM. Furthermore it was probably the worst Pizza I have ever eaten. The dough including the vegetables had clearly been frozen and only warmed up before served, it was undercooked and a little bit burned which they tried to cover up by putting huge amounts of radicchio on top. The Gnocchi were okay but an amount that does not add up with the price, the risotto was watery and tasted old. We told them that we didn't like the Food much and when we paid they gave us a 4€ discount on our 179€ bill... The service was not unfriendly but I still urge you not to eat at this place!"
