"Posizione isolata con strada a tratti sterrata e poco piacevole da percorrere tra valli e boschetti, location molto ben curata nei dettagli, camere abbastanza confortevoli. Ottimo posto per gli amanti solo del trekking, del relax e del silenzio ulteriormente amplificato dalla mancanza di tv e connessione internet. Non lo consiglierei a famiglie con bambini. Per quanto mi riguarda il valore aggiunto al contesto non è dato, nè dalla struttura nè dall'ambiente circostante, ma sicuramente dalla cura nei dettagli dei piatti proposti dalla padrona di casa, che combina piatti della tradizione umbra, con ingredienti a km con fantasia e passione dando vita a vere proprie chicche culinarie."

"We went for a visit to Assisi on October 25th 2022 and decided to have lunch as a family whilst there. We came across the Minerva and entered as a family of 9. The staff were frosty at best towards us even though we were ordering a substantial amount of food drink. If it had just been myself I would have left but my mum really needed to rest as she has mobility issues my children (8 10yrs) were hungry. They offered no support choosing dishes, did not point out that my husband’s dish came with nothing but the chicken. And, when I asked if my son could have some chips on their own, they said no that we had to buy the whole kids meal which came with them which we did at great cost. The service was poor throughout but what was most disappointing is that when local Italians arrived they treated them very differently. We definitely felt unwanted because we were English. On top of the poor service, the food was mediocre. AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"Very good decoration, soft music, care on decoration details, although only one toilet for men and women. Unfortunately dishonest attitude. Outside they present a specific food list, but when we sat, both foods that attracted us to enter were... finished. We received another food list and when I ordered another food from there, some ingredients.... were again finished (but the price remained the same). They gave me the impression that they do it on purpose just in order to bring you in. The portions are tiny and actually it is an expensive place, which makes these tricks in order to make fool of you. Is this, what Mona Lisa's peculiar smile hides?"

"My husband and I ducked into this restaurant to get out of the rain. We didn't expect to have a wonderful meal and excellent service, but we did! The service was fast and kind of endearing. At one point, the waitress leaned out of the corridor to check on how we were doing. We were doing just fine because before us were still bubbling cannelloni, delicious bruschetta, a divine balsamic vinegar-extra virgin olive oil dressing in a spray bottle (which we found so much more logical for applying to very fresh salad), and soda with the ever elusive ice. The French fries were the last thing to come to the table, but they too were obviously fresh! At the end of the meal, our waitress was swarmed by people at the gelato counter. We had to go to the counter to ask for our check, which proved to be an excellent excuse to have some dessert!"

"our first night in assisi. relaxed in the restaurant of our hotel, giotto. easy to find. parking at the level close to the door. excellent service and view over the Umbria valley and steep steeper of the lower assisi. please sit in the glass atrium when it is cool. the terrace when it is warm. interesting and varied menu selection."

"GENIALE! L'idea di creare il sushi con i prodotti della mia terra è fantastica. Ero sicura che lo avrei adorato ancor prima di mangiarlo ed infatti è stato così. Il locale è intimo e carino, la cameriera è gentilissima e molto disponibile (ha anche preparato una ciotola d'acqua per il mio cagnolino). Riguardo il cibo, è davvero originale e fatto con ingredienti di qualità: paté, cipolla di Cannara, prosciutto d'anatra... tutto squisito! Non vedo l'ora di tornarci."
