"One of the best restaurants in Augsburg! Lots of choice, vegan and veggie offers. The food was delicious, we took two Habibi Teller one vegan and one with meat. Everything excellent, huge quantities (we had to take away the rest), and side dishes various and perfect as well. People were really nice and helpful, the place is clean and pretty, reminded me of my holidays... I will come again for sure."

"spontaneously searched as a group (7 adults and 2 children)in restaurant to go to dinner. After a short phone call, if in 5 minutes a table is free for 9 people, there was only a short yes. When we reached the restaurant, the first positive surprise. A very noble and clean restaurant. When we were led to our table, he was already painting with menus and for the Kimder. And that within 5 minutes. I personally ordered a whiskey sour to drink that was really good. The food was a dream. We ordered different food so everyone could try. Then we ordered another dessert. "A must-visit for vegetarians and vegans! Fantastic food, excellent service, great value and a beautiful atmosphere. The Cosmos-Heart menu is extensive, including a range of great bagels and other sandwiches, as well as salads and a cooked daily special. There is a choice of delicious cakes baked on the premises daily, made with spelt flour, and always with at least one vegan option. There are also always gluten-free options. The drinks menu includes a list of great coffee, as well as a range of teas, smoothies, milkshakes and other cold drinks. All are very reasonably priced. Cosmos-Heart is located in the city centre, but down a quiet alleyway. There are three seating areas to choose from: the main café with waitress service, the lounge area with comfortable sofas – which uses a clever pager system when orders are ready to collect – and a courtyard terrace. All are spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and with a serene atmosphere. The service is superb – friendly, helpful, timely, plus all the staff speak excellent English. An absolute must-visit in Augsburg!"

"Auf der Suche nach einer ansprechenden Gelegenheit draußen zu Abend zu essen, sind wir zufällig im Dreizehn gelandet. Das erwies sich sehr schnell als Glücksgriff. Ein super netter Kellner empfing uns herzlich und freundlich und sowohl das Essen als auch die Getränke, noch dazu bio und vegan, waren hervorragend. Auch die Feischesser haben ihr Schnitzel zu keiner Zeit vermisst. Das Essen ist saisonal und wird ganz frisch zubereitet.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Ein kleines, feines und mit viel Liebe geführtes Restaurant. Das merkt man am Service, am Essen und der stimmigen, Einrichtung. Mehr davon!"

"Kürzlich habe ich mit einem Geschäftspartner, der das K41 regelmäßig besucht, zu Mittag gegessen. Ich selbst hatte das K41 bis dato überhaupt nicht wahrgenommen, da es abseits der normalen, klassischen Route in die Stadtmitte gelegen ist. Beim Reingehen wurde ich als Gast sofort wahrgenommen und an einen freien Tisch gebracht. Eine klassische Speisekarte gibt es nicht, da ausschließlich ein Tagesgericht, bestehend aus einer Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeise, angeboten wird. Da der Inhaber von A - Z für alles zuständig ist und keine weiteren Angestellten da sind, ist dies meines Erachtens auch sinnvoll. Nun zum Wesentlichen, dem Essen. Die Vorspeise, eine Gemüsesuppe, war sehr schmackhaft. Das Hauptgericht hatte als Sättigungsbeilage Reis zu bieten, ansonsten waren auf dem sehr gut portionierten Teller viele kleinere Speisen (u.a. Kochbananen in Kokossoße, knackiges Gemüse). Auch die Hauptspeise war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Zur Nachspeise gab es einen Smoothie, ebenfalls sehr fein.Der Preis für das Menü liegt bei unschlagbar günstigen 7 Euro.Das räumliche Angebot ist ziemlich begrenzt, meiner Schätzung nach finden nicht mehr als ca. ein Dutzend Personen ausreichend Platz.Ich komme gerne wieder!"

"I waited an awful long time for a tidy Indian Restaurant to open in Augsburg and my prayers were heard when Sangam opened its doors.Great food and good value for your money.I've been eating Indian food for years now so I think that I can judge whether it's good or not but it really annoys me when somebody eating it for the first time says it was not good. How can you judge it if you don't know what it's supposed to taste like. If you don't like it, fair enough but don't say it was awful!"

"Ich habe noch nie schlechte Bewertungen geschrieben aber jetzt reicht es. Schlechtester Service ever. Sehr unfreundlich empfangen worden vom Chef selbst kein lächeln nichts. Italien ist anders. Musste am Tresen selbst bestellen weil heute Tennisfest. Ok Familie mit Kind und alle hungrig was bleibt mir anderes Übrig. Ich laufe also und hole Karten usw. Plötzlich wird Tisch neben uns vom Chef selbst bedient mit viel hallo und Weinflasche öffnen und schön von Hand bestellt und sich laut unterhalten usw. Wir fühlen uns als Gast zweiter Klasse und ärgern uns total. Ich möchte zahlen und geben dem Chef ein Zeichen er schaut mich an und nickt. Nach einiger Zeit passiert nichts, das Trara am Nebentisch geht weiter, nochmal Chef mit viel blabla und Weinflaschen use. Ich gehe zu Fuss rein und bezahle meine Rechnung. Chef ist drinnen lacht nicht schnauzt nur seine Mitarbeiterin an sie soll Tisch 74 kassieren. Warte dann auf den Chef und spreche ihn darauf an wieso er uns nicht bedient aber andere. Er reagiert aggressiv wer gesagt habe ich muss selbst bestellen (er war es) und dass der Tisch den er bedient hat reserviert hat. Ich sage ich bin also zweite Klasse und dass es schlechter Service ist und man doch alle gleich behandeln sollte. Er hat keinen Zeit sagt er und muss arbeiten das ist seine Arbeit. Verstehe ich jetzt nicht aber egal. Frecher servicemitarbeiter neben uns sagt mir ins Gesicht ich soll halt eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben. Keine Entschuldigung kein Versuch die Situation einzufangen ganz im Gegenteil. Aggressiv und unfreundlich. Anscheinend läuft das Geschäft von Giovanna Battaglia so gut dass man Neukunden so behandeln kann. Schämen Sie sich."

"Wir sind auf gut Glück zu diesem Restaurant gegangen und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Sehr freundliches Personal, die Speisekarte bietet genügend Auswahl und was auch wichtig ist: die Toiletten waren sauber und für Damen gab es sogar Hygieneartikel usw. Top! Auf das Essen mussten wir zwar etwas warten, wir wurden aber positiv überrascht. Alle bestellten Gerichte waren vorzüglich! Menge mehr als genügend und schön angerichtet waren sie auch. Einzig die stehende Hitze im Restaurant war an diesem Tag leider unangenehm, aber das ausgezeichnete Essen machte das wieder gut. Fazit: Wenn man einen guten Italiener sucht, ist man hier richtig! Es war alles tutto bene wir kommen gerne wieder! Grazie :"

"Gestern Calamari bestellt mit Pommes. Bodenlose Frechheit. Dafür sollte es Geld zurück geben!! Erst falsch geliefert so dass man ewig mit dem Essen des anderen Kunden in der Hand warten soll. Auch sehr vertrauenswürdig, dass hier Essen ausgeliefert wird, das wildfremde in den Händen hatten. Aber das essen . Man sollte erwarten, das so ein Zeug eh aus der Tüte kommt. Dann ist aber die Frage wie man die Dinger so verbocken kann? Ekelhafte Gummibänder ohne Geschmack und Panade war das. Die Pommes waren auch weich. Und dafür 9€? Leckt mich."

"we were six in there mimmo. we had salar and pozzabrot as an appetizer. salmon and thunfish from the tageskarte, pizza and pasta as a main dish. then, as dessert tiramisu, panna cotta and the mixed dessert plate. all the dishes were excellent. only on the pizza bread was something too much tomato sauce for my taste. I'd have been a little bit better here. the local is tastefully decorated and not very large. the service is very friendly, fast and very competent and is open to the customer and his needs. the prices are on a level with other Italians in the opposite it is very important to reserve. especially at the weekend is without reservation also to get no space just before 22:00. we were very satisfied and come here more often on all occasions."
