"We went for a family meal, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We ordered several starters which all came and were very nice. The mains arrived(ish) they dropped one of the meals so that came later these things happen. The special Swordfish ..was as dry as a bone, this was returned and the chef re.cooked the dish and sent a new meal out which was cooked to perfection and lovely, which begs the question Why was the original dish even served The Calzone was not very pleasant it was over powered with ricotta cheese to the degree that the other fillings were unnoticeable, however we didn't complain as they were obviously having a difficult evening! This was one of our many visits to this restaurant, had this been the first time it would have been the last."

The food, while decent, didn't quite meet my expectations, earning a rating of 3 out of 5. However, the service was outstanding, receiving a perfect score of 5. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the dining experience more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the atmosphere left much to be desired, with a rating of just 2 out of 5; it felt a bit lacking in ambiance. If you do decide to visit, I recommend trying the Linguine Monte E Mate and the Garlic Pizza Bread, as they were the highlights of the meal. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the excellent service made up for some of the shortcomings."

"fouteen of us came here last night to celebrate the rest of a working mate. I actually ate here about a year earlier and was very impressed by the quality of cooking, so I was announced "I look forward to this meal since the event about a month ago. we all ordered from a £30 set menu and I think I must have gone for the most unhealthy option for any cursor! for beginners I had the filo money bag filled with mushrooms and cheese in a garlic cream sauce. like the norm when eating in large groups I quickly scanned what all the others had and were satisfied with my choice! the other decisions, the suppe (red, looked like tomaten, but not in demand as I have absolutely no interest in suppe! and a kind of white fish with a lot of green salat. for the head I had lame. it was a generous portion and very delicate, the person I sat next to order the vegetarian option that I tasted (the advantages of sitting next to someone very thin, which never ends a meal! . it was carburized artichokes and was an ideal companion to my court! for dessert I had brot and butter pudding and helped my friends 'meingues as she had the eton mess. good value for £30, more extraordinary worth when the chef paid for all wein! for those of them not happy enough to find someone else to find the alcohol bill to foot, I agree with the previous review, the excellent food said, but not excellent prices, but since I often have to pay £30 in taxi tariffs to come to the center of leeds and return to just pay £12 I will eat here definitiw again, but it is certainly a restaurant for a special occasion."

"Sat for 30 mins before order was taken to be told no poppadoms and to order both starter and main at same time as there was a 45 wait between courses,waited another hour for our starter to be taken to the wrong table who began...to eat it even though they had there main course young waiter did try telling the server but was ignored when he did release the mistake nothing was said to us but he did hit the wall as he passed us,after 1hr 50mins we gave up and left along with another table who had had there starter at 6.30pm and was still waiting for there main 1hr 30s later,the meal was to celebrate my birthday which was ruined."

"many thanks for a fabulous night to the birthday of my mannes on Saturday night. as many guests commented on the beautiful function room and how amazing the eating was! Hopefully we'll do it again for a meal before it's too late as we've never had a bad experience with them. Thanks again!"

"After a minute wait to find out what the soup of the day was I made my first mistake of the evening by ordering it. It was delivered to the table after minutes with a skin on. It was accompanied by stale bread and rock hard butter. I had a few mouthfuls of the lumpy grey coloured skin topped liquid and decided to pass, the lukewarm soup it was removed from the table and the main was delivered in the same movement, buttermilk chicken burger which was a dry as the Sahara. The smoked pancetta tasted like an ashtray, have I mentioned how dry it was? After a little of the dry chicken I'd had enough and decided to go to McDonald's instead but not before the last insult was delivered I had to queue for minutes to pay as only one lady was serving behind the bar. I paid and left never to return to this dreadful establishment. To explain my anger this meal was paid for by my employer but it was so bad I feel I have to complain. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID"
