"Often cannot get through to place an order, if I do, I'm asked to wait 2 minutes and instantly put on hold, where you will proceed to sit on hold for over 10 minutes. For a fast food place, it's not very fast. Called back to place order as staying on hold did not work would need to wait over 20 minutes for food too vague and too long for a fast food diner, you're waiting restaurant times. Previously when I have managed to place an order, the quoted collection time is often wrong with me having to wait longer. The Pepe's chicken box has had the most minimal amount of veg I've seen for some months now, before you would receive a decent amount, now it's a strip of veg not worth it if you're looking for a balanced meal as now you're getting more rice. Would recommend going to Home Street or Gilmerton instead or trying a different eatery which is on it. 3 stars for if you can get through and get served on time, the food is actually decent.
